Superb

Personnel is very pleasant, location - beach is perfect, nice concerts in hotel at the evening, food is delicious and different on particular days, like sushi day, pizza day, seafood. Room is very spacious and comfortable, personnel is very attentive to the needs. Sometimes surprize with gift. In Morro Jable town there are nice restaurants, but there are almost nothing at the hotel place, so you need to walk to the city or the enjoy nice food at hotel restaurant, glad it was really good and possible to try something local.

Since I took half board meal (breakfast and dinner) it would be lovely to have free coffee & snacks at room, instead of paid. Since it's five star hotel. However no complains, just a suggestion.

Loved this place with amazing beach :)

Great hotel and amazing location in the south coast of the Island. Great food and amazing shows during the evening, as well as activities such as salsa classes, aquagym etc.

The hotel could be more proactive in advising guests on activities around the island and recommended places to visit.

Relaxing beach holiday

location to the beach. prestige level was paramount

only one main restaurant. needs another one. the gym was poor. tired and in need of repair the cv equipment. no one to ask there. mats dirty. air conditioning didn’t work either. only one entry to the spa FOC. think two visits should be permitted if you are paying a premium price for the hotel.

Simply amazing

Amazing service

Room service a bit irregular, refilling of the minibar was missed some days (no milk and no water some days). Also they didn't check the shampoo and shower gel levels so we run out of these (we could not easily see the levels ourselves and they were kind of fixed to the dispenser) obviously we ran out in the middle of having a shower and it took them half an hour to bring new ones). Just a small incident during dinner with a cook that appeared not to care for the forms of talking to customers, it was reported at the spot. Honestly those were only minor issues, just to state the very minor negative aspects of our two weeks in the hotel. Overall amazingly positive!

Excellent hotel but one issue

Only negative really was room first one noisy near road second one near toilet so noisy with cleaners from 7 AM..but very good hotel and restaurant very good..Japanese restaurant was excellent...

Exceptional

We stayed at the Iberostar Selection Ferteventura Palace resort at the turn of January and February 2023. From the welcome, throughout the stay, to check-out and a special farewell, we felt like real guests here; friendly managers, receptionists (special bows to Nadja and Julia, who always helped us), pool service and all other staff, friendly animators, made sure that our stay was unforgettable; It is a facility that deserves its category - 5 stars; the rooms are very spacious, clean, with dominant white and in our case, a fantastic view of the ocean and a phenomenal sunrise. The food is very varied, to our taste, the all inclusive option, in the full sense of the word, without any reservations. Animations, discreet, unobtrusive, Both beaches - Jandia, "wild" in its own way, very wide, allowing endless walks, and Gaviotas with its rock formations, allowed for captivating photo sessions. We recommend staying at this facility to all lovers of the beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura.

Lovely location. Fab beach.

The welcome on reception was lovely. Very friendly staff in the restaurant and Veronica in the pool bar was so friendly, helpful and always had a smile and welcome for us. Our room was spacious and very clean. Special thanks for whoever cleaned and turned down our room, always looked lovely. Great selection of wines and spirits during dinner.

This is our second time at the hotel. This time we found the pool area really busy, slightly on top of each other. And the main bar for pre dinner drinks was understaffed. We normally arrived at the bar for around 6.45pm, after the main rush. However, there didn't seem as many staff as last year, and after waiting over 10 mins each evening, my husband walked to the bar to order, which one staff member took a dislike to and was slightly rood in his manner. Not what we have ever witnessed before or want to again.

not a real 5 stars hotel

proximity to the sea, plenty of sport courses, nice spa (albeit not free)

iberostar have a system called « star prestige » which basically gave some benefits to the 10% of clients paying a huge premium. All the nice features are reserved to these clients : table with see view at the restaurant, best rooms, private spaces… As a consequence, for the 90% (like me) remaining clients, the experience is definitely not a 5 stars one. Our room had a view on a very noisy road… forget about the see..

- extremely friendly and professionall staff - stunning and savorous variety of food and drinks - neverending cold&dry cava - room with pool access gave us maximum comfort and space - ocean view and direct way to the beach

Wonderful relaxing break with stunning views in the most breathtaking location.

View was outstanding. We loved the fact that the pool area was so spacious. We loved the fact that there were cushions on the sunloungers. We loved the space around the hotel, so many seats and loungers I cant imagine that it would ever feel crowded. We liked it so much, I am bringing my parents here in March. We also loved that when we said that we were not happy with our room, the staff were incredibly accommodating and we were not made to feel like we were complaining. The lady we spoke to (Irish lady) was very professional and open in explaining how she could help us and we were able to select an alternative room from the same catagory when it became available. She even showed us on a plan which rooms were in our catagory (standard). This is the most professional way we have been dealt with when requesting and alternative room and seemed like a very fair way of doing things. On previous holidays this has runied the first day as it felt like an argument but the team at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and it made us walk away happy.

Some staff were slow with taking orders for drinks. They would do other tasks and ignore you which I found strange in a 5 star hotel. Some of the surfaces around the pool were slippery when wet.

Will always use this hotel but not on a New Year’s Eve !

clean, rooms beautiful, facilities great and staff very courteous

our one night stay was on New Years Eve, having stayed at various hotels at this time of year there is normally a gala dinner. the price per person almost doubled on this night. The disappointment had to be the food (which was nice) however considering the price and New Year’s Eve , the food did not differ hardly from any other time of the year, there were queues at each counter when selecting the buffet style layout, even though they gave us designated times to attend our dinner . In short the only difference was that guests dressed up. Expected more from this 5star hotel on such a special night of the year!

Disappointed

The hotel is lovely clean & staff friendly rooms decoration good with comfy beds.Fresh water provided in lobbies all you could wish for.

We went there New Year’s Eve & expected a gala dinner for what we paid for we were very disappointed also with the entertainment.The young group put on a good display but we have seen most of it before.The entertainment outside was very good one man singing another on a keyboard.We have been to many hotels on New Years Eve but afraid to say they were much better & cheaper.We do like this hotel so please inprove on the food.

Real 5 stars experience in Jandia area

Everything is great. Room, facilities, buffet quality & diversity, with changes every day. Location is great close to the beach. Staff is very nice & attentive.

Nothing all great. But I have a suggestion which is to go back to adults only as the other two Iberostar hotels near by are more suitable to kids

Only the food and the cruise-like sea view were 5 stars in this hotel ...

I liked the food and the view towards the sea

At the arrival we had very unprofessional staff on the reception that did not take us to the room and as the elevator was not working we could not find the staff-elevator that guests were supposed to use in emergency situations, room was very bad, far away, with horrendous view towards the road and we asked for different one which was changed on following day ... The other minus was bathroom , sink was blocked , not supplied with any essentials like shower cap, earbuds etc.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, always ready to help. So open, smiling. Location could not be better. The meal is outer space at all. That was really excellent vacation. All inclusive was worth it.

Perfect place to disconnect and recharge batteries :)

I enjoyed a lot my weekend at the hotel. The service was very good, facilities and location also very nice. My room was very quiet and even if I had a lateral sea view it was not bad :) Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent food. The prestige package is well worth it. The staff were super friendly. The facilities were amazing. We also hired a photographer who worked at the hotel to take pictures and videos one evening and I highly would recommend this.

I had a very relaxing time, the food was amazing and the staff and facilities were also great.

The property was exceptionally clean, and in a great location. It was also right on the beach which was perfect.
