Situated in Williams, this attractive house for $271 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Location, location, location! Grand Canyon Cottage Sleeps 10 Sleeps 10 Queen bed in each bedroom Full-sized sofa bed Two twin air mattresses Park your car and unwind in this expansive and comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. This peaceful cottage is just minutes from the famous Grand Canyon Railway station, where trains depart daily for Grand Canyon National Park. During the winter holiday season, the “North Pole” is accessible via the Polar Express! If you’re into golf, the Elephant Rocks Golf Course is just a 5-minute drive from this home. Just a stone's throw away from Historic Downtown Williams and Route 66, you’ll find quaint shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment to keep the whole family happy and entertained. Please be sure to save some time to enjoy our charming abode. The Cottage is perfect for family and adult getaways, accommodating up to ten people. There are three queen-sized beds, one in each bedroom, along with a sofa-bed and two air-beds. As you enter through the front door, you will appreciate the airy and open living area, with gorgeous, lofty, tongue-n-groove wood ceilings, along with a grand, gas fireplace. The very large and comfortable L-shaped couch curves around the TV. There is plenty of room to relax and watch a movie or simply enjoy some quality time with family and friends. If you love to read, enjoy a book from our collection. There is a wide selection available. All readers should find something well suited to them. If you enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, surrounded by wood framed windows. The counter-tops are granite and flow beautifully with the upgraded, wood cabinets. The kitchen is well stocked! You’ll find a four-burner gas range, standard and Keurig coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crockpot, and knife set. All bedrooms are warm, comfortable and inviting with tasteful décor. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a television. The master bathroom is well appointed with a walk-in shower, bath tub, double vanities, as well as a walk-in closet. Each other guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a closet. The guest bathroom has a shower tub combo and a double vanity. Although the inside of the home is lovely, you will also want to enjoy the large, fully enclosed backyard. The deck is equipped with a table and chairs and a barbecue grill. There is also a wood-burning fire pit for enjoying the Northern Arizona’s sky, while remaining warm and cozy. Williams is the perfect small-town getaway, known as the, “Gateway to the Grand Canyon”. This handsome Cottage is only 60 minutes from the South Rim entrance. Williams is a "dark sky" town, so the bright stars seem almost just close enough to reach for! Laundry facilities are provided. There are two twin air mattresses and a full-sized sofa bed available for your use. Each have their own linens and pillows. There are also darts, cornhole, board games and DVDs. Air-conditioning is available which is a rarity in Flagstaff. There is parking for 1 car in the garage, with additional parking on the driveway. There is a vehicle parked in the garage that belongs to the owner. Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. The yard is fenced and there is a doggy door in the kitchen area. Also, please pick up after them outside. We allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. No other pets are permitted without Manager approval. There is a pet fee of $50 for each dog. Two bicycles will be available for your use. We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap. Although often, there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. No parties or events are permitted. A rental contract must be signed and submitted, after reservation confirmation. Met up with family we hadn't seen in a few years.. Everyone enjoyed the cottage.. There are a few minor repairs that need to be made which which are purely maintenance items. But at the nap overall the house was in great shape. Everything worked and we all enjoyed a great time

The house and surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and a nice escape for family. Our family loves to cook kitchen and outdoor grills were awesome. Kitchen was well equipped with surprising spices and great skillets. There was only one negative in our stay. The back door neighbors have a vicious rabid fence charging dog that barked anytime we were in the backyard we finally kept our dog inside except for necessities and kept the peace. The dog owners never came out and tried to control their dog Too sad

We very much enjoyed our 4 night, 3 day stay at this beautiful home. The main purpose of our trip was to visit the Grand Canyon which was an easy 1 hour drive to the South Rim entrance. We also took a day trip to Sedona (about 1.25 hours away) and spent a few hours shopping and doing a wine and beer tasting along the historic Route 66 in Williams (an easy 10 minute drive).
The property was exactly as described and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults with 3 large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We appreciated the ample seating in the living room and the outdoor porch/deck area.
The kitchen was well-appointed with modern appliances and all the dishes/utensils we needed to prepare our daily breakfasts and dinners. It was also nice to have access to a gas grill as well as laundry facilities.
The Safeway in Williams is a convenient location to purchase groceries, supplies. I would recommend checking in at the house first, as there were plenty of supplies already there (cooking oils/spray, cling wrap, spices and seasonings, dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, etc).
The air conditioning and ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms kept the temperature inside the house very comfortable, even in the hot July weather in 80’s and 90’s. We didn’t use the back porch/deck much until late afternoon, early evening due to the heat, but it was was shaded enough and comfortable. Would recommend using bug spray as the mosquitos were prolific that time of day (at least in July).
Self check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient. It was also easy to communicate with the property managers and they were attentive to our needs during our stay.
We would highly recommend this property and would consider staying again.

It was clean, cozy, and plenty of parking and areas for the kids to play outside. You really felt like the owners wanted to make your stay as welcomed, comfortable, and easy as possible. We really enjoyed our stay in Williams. Renting this property through VRBO was very simple no problems at all. The location of our rental was ideal. The weather was great. We spent lazy days reading, sleeping on the back patio. We had lovely streets to walk our 2 golden doodles. A very restful place to stay.
