! Scammers!!Do not go there!

Be careful! Do not go there! Scammers, thieves, violent man.

We have been waiting for an hour in the sun, for someone to come over and give us the apartment keys, realising we are not allowed in the parking lots. The apartment was dirty and smelled like smoke. bedsheets stained. Dirty bathroom, the toilet seat was horrible-so as the shower and water drain was not flowing. We complained to the manager, they sent new bedsheets and Took pictures of the mess in the property. 3 days later at the checkout they said we need to pay for the damages. It was a scam!! They held our deposit money- would not give it back. After filming them and not agreeing with them-they called a bully man to terrify us, he used violence. We got it all on video! It ended with us calling the tourist police- and one of the workers gave us the money back . It was an horrific, humiliating experience. Don’t go there.

Нечего !!!

Было ужасно грязно,в ванной были червяки,когда наступила ночь то вылезли тараканы их там безумно много. Фото не одного подоенного. Если вы с детьми не вздумайте туда ехать даже Бесплатно!!!! Это кВ сдаётся для утех !!! На сутки, все стены в пятнах, и блевотине. Сняли на 3 дня но не прожили не одного !!! Ночью уехали!!! Деньги не отдали!!! За не прожитые дни !!!

Отличное место

Тихое красивое место. Персонал очень оперативно решает все вопросы. Нам нужно было выехать рано утром, все организовали без проблем!

Единственным минусом были подушки, на которых можно спать только сидя 🤣 они были огромные

Good value for money, but illegal rental operation.

Very good pool and gym. Better bed than usual in Thailand. Good sofa. Good price. Good location, close to bath bus route between Pattaya and Jomtien. Friendly staff and security.

This is not a hotel. Short term rental is illegal and stated on big signs at the resort. Don’t tell anyone of the resort staff that you stay less than 30 days. Only got one set of keys. No cleaning service provided during 10 day stay.

One of the worst placed i have ever booked

Nice pool Room was clean and confortable

No reception Poor customer care No attendent to recieve. Customer has to drag the laguage to room Not a place to have fun. Cant enjoy in pool also. The hotel managements discrimination.

My stay at Arcadia Beach Resort had everything I needed and more for a reasonable price.

The location, staff, outdoor area, swimming pools, gym, nearby eateries, stores for supplies. street vendors, security staff, and etc. This placed had everything a traveler would need to make their stay enjoyable.

Of course a person could fine something to complain about no matter if it was a 5 star place, but my stay here was very relaxing and enjoyable. The minor issues I encountered doing my stay were nothing out of the ordinary any other place probably wouldn't run across.

Pleasant

The pool was totally awesome.

It was horrible experience when reached the property as i was welcomed with bugs all over the place. perhaps i visited in off season so the room was not in use from quite a while but i had to change the room at midnight when i send pictures of the bugs to the host. Thankfully she helped me change the room and the new room was much better. Overall the cleanliness was an issue in the property as they clean it once in a week and charge you extra per additional cleaning.

The location was good, the hotel inside was so WOW and clean beautiful worth visiting. The people environment so keep nd calm Pools are so clean A very recommended place to stay

First for the pool view they going to charge you extra money There is no wifi in the hotel Once you enter the room they’re not not going to clean your room again if you want to clean theyll charge you 500 baht On some rooms ac doesn’t work They will nor allow your car/bike in hotel parking if you want to park they will even charge you extra

The landlord is unprofessional.

nice swimming pool , nice gym , room was nice

The agent who sell this property! it was a nightmare to access the room as there is no check in desk, when we finally arrived to the room at 2pm it was full of trash so we had to wait for the cleaners to arrive. The agent never took our passport photocopies to when we had to extend our visa, the immigration office couldn’t find our legit residency registered on the system as the landlord agent didn’t send the documents through (as it is the law for them to do). In response to this we ended up having to pay her fine as she didn’t want to take responsibility for this on her end and didn’t want to reimburse us. Non of this information was given to us. The advertisement also states “Free Wifi”, It’s a sim card router giving about 115kbs internet so if you are staying to work online… don’t because it’s unusable and the only way to fix it is to purchase a 6000 baht internet router at an extra cost. Also parking is not including which also states there is parking, if you want to use the car park for the accommodation you’re paying for then it’s an extra cost. and final, there are cockroaches all over the room, only little ones but they are everywhere around the kitchen area. Other than that, the facilities around the complex are nice and the gym has everything in it for lifting.

Room size was too small, leaking water underneath tV stand, bed was smaller than Queen size, WiFi wasn't working I had too spend money on buying data package, I request Booking. Come should advise the resort to give me refund for my data package.
