About this house rental
The Roblar Farmhouse, an extension of Roblar Winery's magnificent estate, is a classic Santa Ynez ranch home - a treasure for an extended family and/or friends to enjoy. The open floor plan of the living space is exceptional. Venture outside for horseshoes on the great lawn, a meal by the fire pit, or for a dip in the heated pool (Dec-April) or hot tub. Sleeps 10 comfortably. A separate agreement must be signed for rentals at this property.

The pictures do not do this property justice. The house is twice as grand as we expected it to be. Everything is massive and beautiful. It was the perfect location for us to get ready for our wedding and celebrate with family. We will most definitely be planning another trip here in the future.

The size of this home and its public spaces is impressive and accommodated a three generation family: 6 adults and 4 children from 2-12 well. The pool and spa and outdoor eating ability (with heaters) and lawn space was simply phenomenal and served this three generation family really well. The home is well appointed: ping pong table and piano included. Pool floaties were welcome too. We heated the pool and also the spa — both were well used. We took walks and visited the winery for a meal. The kitchen was large and mostly well marked (it is so large!) but visitors need to bring all but salt & pepper and olive oil basics. The outdoor views and spaciousness, the beauty of the area, the lovely living plants and greenery inside and out added to a lovely feel to this place. No complaints. Only compliments. Hope we can return.

The grounds are beautiful. I was impressed by how clean the property was maintained. Truly spotless. The kitchen is a bit dated but has all that you need and again - super clean! We would stay again!
