Staff was very nice and welcoming. Ate dinner at the hotel and food and service were great!
The alarm in the room next to me went off for 20 minutes at 5:45 am.

There is a bar with food available during certain times of the day. Food was pretty decent although expensive for being bar food.
I wanted to stay downtown to walk to my son's USC graduation. They grossly inflate their prices during certain times of the year including graduation week. On top of that they charged me $13.00 daily parking in their lot. If you're going to charge me a thousand a night at least throw in a complimentary parking pass for god's sake. Not only that , but they didn't explain I was paying for parking until checking out. If I could do it again, I would stay a few miles down the road and take a taxi or uber around town and would have saved a lot of money. If money doesn't matter to you then this is the place to stay for sure. I would have gladly paid $200-$300 and not complained about the parking, but to gouge guests every chance you get I'd highly recommend staying somewhere other than downtown.

Location was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The gym was terrible with very little equipment, no towels, no disinfectant wipes. The combined hotels made the entire hotel feel disjointed. There was no parking the entire week unless you went to the extra parking off the property and there was very little signage about the parking and no one at the front desk told us about the extra parking. There was no flavored water in the water the first two days I was there
