Hotel is very close to the convention center where I was attending a conference. It was very easy to park the car and walk everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was a good choice for me - about the same cost as other high end hotels ($30/day). Ruth Chris's Steak House was attached for breakfast and dinner.
Nothing - everything was good as was as expected.

I was not aware that it was under construction. Main Lobby etc.
Had to enter thru restaurant.

Location to what we were there for
No coffee downstairs, staff at front desk seemed a bit
Agitated at first but then warmed up
Rate was way out of line for the hotel
$$$$
