Located in Lake Havasu City, this lovely house for $133 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Located in a nice area of Havasu City, just 2 miles away from launching and 2 miles away from London Bridge. Tile Floors throughout with carpet in Bedrooms. 1 Master bedroom has a King bed with private bathroom, tiled shower, Dresser, night stands, and TV. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with dresser, night stands, and TX. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed, Dresser, Night Stands, and an option to pull out a twin bed if needed. All rooms have walk in closets, blinds, and ceiling fans. 2nd Bathroom has tub and shower. Couch has a pull out that sleeps 2 and has enough seating for 7 with a 42" TV with standard Antenna hookup channels. Both Bathrooms equipped with towels and wash rags. Kitchen equipped with all cooking and eating supplies and comes with refrigerator, microwave above stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker, walk in pantry and plenty of cabinet space. Table seats 6. Washer and Dryer with entry into garage. with room for 1 car and plenty of parking in driveway. Large Backyard and room on side for RV parking with locking gate. Backyard is fenced and backs up to a wash so there's no back neighbors. Covered Patio with BBQ and Lounge Table! Great Condition and is kept VERY clean!

This was our first time using Vrbo and actually staying in Lake Havasu City, AZ. We had previously owned a home in LHC so we know the area. The ease of booking this home for the Thanksgiving holiday was awesome. The property owner's were very easy to deal with and answered all our questions promptly. We highly recommend this property, everything you need is provided, property was very clean and quiet surroundings. We look forward to booking again around the same time frame.

The place has all the required amenities. The ubicación is close to the Lake Havasu boat ramps and close to the London Bridge. After talking to the owner, we had an early checkin to the house. It will definitely be a place to stay again.

We had the absolute Best time at this house. It has Everything you need and more. The owners are wonderful to work with. We needed a couple more days due to unforseen circumstances and were able to stay plus they gave us an extra hours check out when a last minute zoom meeting was added in a new job. 5 Stars all the way around!

House was close to Havasu skilled nursing where my mother is recovering from a stroke. We are so thankful that we were able to rent so we could celebrate my mother’s 81st birthday. Home was stocked with everything we needed.

This place is great if you are eating out and aren’t doing a lot of cooking. No Tupperware, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, ice etc. - we were caught off guard as these things have always been available other places we stay. There wasn’t any hot water in the kitchen - we had to get under the sink and turn the valve on. Pretty sure last batch of dishes from the dishwasher was washed in cold water.

It was out first time visiting Lake Havasu and we picked a very hot week. It was 111degrees daytime temperatures throughout our stay. Although, we were told it gets hotter. It would have been nice to have the AC running a little sooner upon our arrival as the house didn’t cool down below 80 until ~10pm. Overall, the house was very nice, clean and exactly what We had expected. We look forward to returning soon.
