We had a wonderful time in Lake Havasu. Our VRBO was conveniently located so that we could see the many sites the town had to offer. The Black Bear Restraunt was very good. We enjoyed relaxing out by the pool when the sun was in the backyard. We had some little quail visitor's which were fun to see. We picked a good time to be there because we got to enjoy the Balloon Fest.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our short 2 night stay in Havasu City. We all made good use of the pool which was temp. controlled. Since we traveled in Aug it was nice to have a pool that wasn't 95 deg. to cool off in. There were a few small things that needed repair like a broken tile on the corner of the kitchen counter. It didn't bother us but someone with small children would need to be cautious they didn't bump into it and cut their heads. The RO faucet in the sink and the water/ice dispenser in the fridge did not work so we had to go out an purchase water and ice. This was the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars. I would book this home again for our group without hesitation though. The owners responded right away to our questions and we were very comfortable during our stay.

It was a very clean home and in close proximity to lake. Beds and couch were very comfortable. Which is something I always look forward to. This is our family’s 4th year making the trip to Lake Havasu. I’ve NEVER had a complaint about any of the rentals.

House was great , all very clean, pool nice for kids, we bbq hung out played games, stored our kayakes in back yard. Great neighborhood, near stores ,downstown havasu, lakee, parks. Friendly neighboors lots parking, safe neighborhood. very clean and comfortable,lots extra towels blankets pillows, games for kids. Owners available by phone for any questions. Would definetely stay here again.

Was super easy to get to restaurants and lake. Property is very clean and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive, kind and accommodating. Kitchen is well stocked. My only suggestion is to replace the full bed in one of the rooms with a queen, little more space for 2 adults.

Great place to relax after a day on the water. Owners were very responsive when we had a small issue getting the wi-fi to work and didn't have any issues for the rest of the trip. Definitely a place I would rent again. Thanks.

This house was the perfect fit for 10 people. We actually had two friends drop out of the trip & it have such plenty amount of room for everything. It is perfect distance to everything you need, as well as a very spacious beautiful backyard! Necessities are there for everyone!!

This property deserves more than 5 stars - due to the cleanliness, communication from owners, and all of the extra steps taken to have my family feel at home. We enjoyed the games you had in your home, and let me tell you, there was an ongoing competition with Connect 4, Family Feud, and the Bop It! games! :) The pool was clean and welcoming, as well as the set-up of the home. Thank you again, and we hope to be able to return here again one day! :)

My friend (girls' trip) & I stayed Apr 23-27 and liked the location, as it's near everything you could want to see/do. We both gave it a 3-star rating, since there were some repairs that need to be done (sliding door from dining room, base boards). Owners replied promptly to most questions, accept when I told them about a grass-hopper-like bug that I saw in the hallway to master bedroom (no response). I killed it & went on with the night. Very nice hosts otherwise! Weather couldn't have been better. Pool was cold so we could only dip our feet in it, but it's not heated, so that's expected. Due to repairs needed, we felt it was a bit overpriced.

The lake house was very nice and wonderful to stay at the pool needed to be cleaned a little bit but overall we had a great stay. It's right in town very close to the launch area if you have a boat. Was a little bummed that the garage was not available to park in but other then that everything was great.

Overall the property is run down and dirty. I was embarrassed to bring my family to this property. Kitchen window was cracked and the owners already knew and didn’t say anything. Overall they need to stop renting it out until they clean it. Not a surface level clean either.

We had a nice stay. House very comfortable. But some maintenance items for your awareness: Kitchen window was broken on our arrival. The toaster was already broken and Kuerig quit working on us. Poor water pressure in master shower. Patio umbrella was also broken when we tried to use. You need umbrella stand also. Slider door track bad and needs replacing. Otherwise great stay! THANKS!

The house is in a great location. It is close to everything and it has a very nice pool. It could use some flooring upgrades and improved furnishings like a living room light and more bedside tables. Maybe even a chair and coffee table in the living room. Hosts are great and it's certainly worth the money. Consider it for your next stay!
