Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Like all townhomes in Lakeland Village, this unit does not have Air Conditioning.
