Location. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Washer and dryer in unit. Well decorated. Across the street from a park good for walking.
Only 2 spoons. Bathroom door would stay open. Toilet seat loose. Hard to get hot water in the kitchen sink.

This property was in a great location, and the apartment was very nice. It was also extremely clean and the process for checking in and out was convenient. While there isn’t any in person staff, they were very responsive via text.
No complaints, other than that blackout curtains would be nice and we could’ve used a console or dresser in the bedroom for more surface area to set things on.

Quiet location and good amenities in the unit including washer and dryer
The smell of either a cleaning product or some other scent is overwhelming when you enter the building. Only one of two elevators was working for Kasa units. THERE IS NO STAFF ON SITE and things you may request ( coffee, bedside lamp, elevator repair, a 30 minute earlier check in, etc ) are disregarded. You requests are acknowledged by corporate staff but the answer is always the same : We are sorry but we can’t help”
