We went to see a concert at Mile High Stadium. It was close enough to walk to the train to get to the stadium. Loved the downtown feel of the Magnolia Hotel. It made our weekend even more special!

No room service, at least there wasn't a menu in our room. No shuttle to the train station even though the website advertised that there was one.

Exceptional

the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free coffee on cold mornings is a delight. Room was immaculately clean and. dry quiet. Just a pleasure to stay.

Nice relaxing stay, great location to walk everywhere we needed to go. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bed and pillows great. Quiet room. Restaurant/bar was awesome.

An extra set of towels and a 2nd robe would have been nice. TV guide didn't work.

The lobby was very nice and the decor was great. Cozy feeling in the bar. Not quite worth the money.

The room was nice and the bathroom was great. Everything was very clean. The location was great as we walked to our destination and liked 16th Street Mall. Scott was nice at the front desk, he was friendly and did his best.

The bartenders were really not friendly at all! We usually like to converse with them to find out goings on around town but they were completely unapproachable. We were disappointed in that our room did not have a mini-fridge or microwave. When I booked the room and upgraded it, it was weird that the room didn't include any of these items.

disappointing and felt the pictures didnt portray it accurately

the bed was lumpy, old and horribly uncomfortable. the bathroom floors where cracking and it had a constant loud noise of the AC/Heat unit outside my door.

Slightly disappointing.

Location. History. Decent bathroom.

Seems like a hotel in decline (Pandemic effect?) 1 lift not working, room phone not working, everything looking a bit shabby. (This was our 2nd visit in 4years, we noticed the difference, probably won’t use it again)

clean, good food served at the restaurant.

Emergencies happens and as an Engineer I totally understand that, but lack of clear communications between employees and customer was obvious. we got to the hotel when the AC hadn’t been working for several hours before our arrival and we were told it will be repaired in 1-2hours. It took them 4.5 hours after our arrival to fix the AC and the room temp was at 83’F for two hours. With my first trip to the front desk to check up on the status of the repair, the gentleman told me “it would be free of charge if I want to move to another hotel”. This is not professional and polite. Your staff could give us a notification ahead of time before our arrival to let us know about the faulty AC and your mgmt choose to inform us at the check in. Obviously this is not going to change my mind next time I want to book a room at your place but it definitely leaves a mark and make the customers to reconsider their options.

There are better places nearby for cheaper.

The room was small but it looked updated and nice.

No one informed us about the charges for self parking. It was difficult to park. The elevator was not working. The building was old and looked as such. It was EXPENSIVE and did not include breakfast.

I had 2 rooms. One I received my credit back but I want a credit for my other room.

Air conditioning was broken in the hotel and couldn’t take a shower from 10 pm to 6 am. We were in town for a wedding and to have to get ready and dressed up in the heat was miserable.
