Beautiful hotel. Great location. Amazing staff.
Didn’t love the beds or pillows. All too soft. Even my 18 year old daughter felt the same . The bathtub was downright dangerous. Shower was tiny and not enjoyable.

Usually I love staying at the FourSeasons and the restaurant is usually on point. Pool is nice, staff is very friendly.
On this particular visit we ate dinner at the restaurant and I ordered a $150 fry aged steak which I was excited about. Being a chef for 20 years I always love a hood steak. What ruined it for me was the steak was cut in the kitchen and plastered up to sit in the window and die. It came out cold with no juices left in it. For the price we paid I was very disappointed. Had I known they cut up your steak for you I would have asked them not to but it was too late and I ate a cold sliced dry piece of beef for $150. Next time please let me cut my steak that I paid $150 for. Thanks
