Perfect as a transitional hotel

Maybe just Denver but a lot of homelessness outside the hotel and didn’t feel particularly safe

The location was great and the rooms were nice.

When we arrived, only one elevator was working.

Staff doing the best they can despite lack of staff. If it's fixed its a good place to stay.

The staff that was there were very accommodating and helpful. The TV was nice and the room was a good size. The location was close to the train station as weel.

The problem started at the beginning when we were told there is no maid service and no food because they don't have the staff. For a couple hundred a night this is not great. The staff that was there were amazing, friendly, and accommodating. However, the lack of staff was apparent beyond not getting the rooms cleaned or toiletries replaced. Also, not that the hotel can help it, but 16th street is not a great street anymore. The state of the buildings, amount of drug use, and lack of police or civic officers creates make it less nice than it was a few years ago. The hotel should work with City to help get people treatment, advocate for housing first policies, and increase city staff (either non-police or police) walking the area to ensure it is clean and enjoyable for all people.

I will not stay here again.

I called in advance to make sure they could accommodate my lifted vehicle, in which they said they could. Once I got there they could not and sent me to a parking garage 3 blocks away that did not work either. I had to book at another hotel that night who helped me and I missed my dinner reservation dealing with the Westin.

They should have provided me the correct information when I called to verify if they had a place for a lifted truck.

All in all, I would stay here again. The atmosphere and location was awesome! It was excellent!

I liked the attentiveness of the staff. They were extremely professional and always polite. The location was awesome with everything within walking distance. The room was clean and the bed gave me the best sleep, just like home.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Never stay at Westin

Clean

Given a room with maintenance activities right outside window. Woken up to workers banging on glass, room should have never been rented. Phone didn’t work and front desk provided no help.

Convenient but Not worth the amount that I paid.

I liked the pool and fitness amenities. I also felt the bedding was very comfortable.

I did not like that the hotel charged a daily destination fee as well as charged it’s guests for Wi-Fi. The billing was very confusing at checkout and I feel like I overpaid. Also, our room was Never cleaned during our stay.

Won’t stay again

The valet people were super nice & on top of it! The pool was nice.

Ac went out multiple times, card got charged twice & they said they couldn’t do anything about it, & had a leak from ceiling,

My problem was right when I arrived- complete construction/ no amenities, i contacted booking immediately as I didn’t bother to even use the room and booking refused to refund- even after the Westin had no problem with it

Great location in Downtown, Hotel is under renovations

Clean rooms and comfortable beds AC worked perfectly and the check in was easy. Staff was very polite. Safe access to floors/rooms with room keycard only. Express check out box made leaving easy.

Hotel is under construction and they don’t mention it until after you have booked. Rooms booked through site are rooms with attached doors. Parking is across the street if you don’t want to do Valet. Wifi is only for direct booking otherwise you have to pay a fee

We went there to spend the day in downtown Denver to use the pool and chill downtown. Instead the pool was closed for an event (would have been nice to be notified of that) and the streaming services on the TV didn't work. So there was virtually nothing to do. With that, the room as always with Westin is amazing, comfy bed and nice accommodations. However, the doors are very thin and you can hear everything in the hallways especially the slamming of every single door in the hallway. We had forgotten toothpaste and tooth brush, and the Westin was out of toothbrushes. Just overall wasn't a great stay. Staff was amazing! This has nothing to do with staff. It was the Westin itself

I feel like I was robbed

beds were super comfortable and the valet girl Carolyn was the best

$350 a night for a hotel under construction no hotel bar / restaurant pool was unavailable my room wasn’t ready even after the 4 pm check in and !!!! my car was hit in their garage and they said it’s owned / monitored by a third party.

The stay was great, except for no WIFI.

The room was amazing. The bed was great, the bathroom was better. The shower was the best I have ever used during a hotel stay. The hotel is an amazing choice.

Not having free WIFI sucked. I had to use cell data the whole time. I would have like to have WIFI. The other thing I did not like was the construction noise.
