About this house rental
Elegant 4 bedroom, all en-suite, home just off Cliff Road. A short walk to Steps Beach and into town. A family home with large entertainment areas on the first floor, large back yard with blue stone patio and outdoor seating for 13.
This four bedrooms Cliff area home, built in 2015, is in a prime location, every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and TV, there is an open living area and great outdoor space so your group can spend time together and also retreat for some quiet time. This newly built home has beautiful finishes, a gorgeous kitchen that any cook would love and modern amenities so you can simply enjoy your time away. The outdoor area has a grill, sizable patio and dining table. The home is located right off of Cliff Road so you will be close to Steps Beach, Something Natural and a very short distance to town. 19 Delaney is a great balance of getting away yet being close to it all.
First Floor:
You enter the home into a large, open living area on the first floor. There is a well-equipped and modern kitchen immediately to your right. The kitchen has marble countertops and top of the line appliances. After the kitchen there is a dining area and then a living area with gas fireplace. There are doors leading out to the patio from the living room.
Off of the living room is a master bedroom with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom and large closet. In the front of the house there is a bonus room offering additional living space with a TV. The laundry room and a powder room are also on this level.
Second Floor:
The second floor has three spacious bedrooms; each also complete with their own bathroom offering a great level of privacy for your group. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second two twin beds and the third a queen. There is also plenty of storage so you can put your things away and settle in.

4 of us stayed for a week to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of our Nantucket wedding. House is very well appointed. It literally had everything we needed. Reasonable walk into town & a driveway big enough for an XL SUV. Highly recommend!
