Clean and comfortable
Getting worn outside our room (the annex could do with a refurb) however the room was fine

The food was excellent both the breakfasts and evening meals were lovely. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and so polite. The support the staff gave was brilliant.
We had a bath in our room but sadly no shower. The taps on the hand basin were loose and as we turned the water on and off the taps just twirled around. The handle on the toilet flushing system was loose and it looked like someone had attempted to fix it back on with Gorilla Glue and failed.

Not very accommodating
Had a games room and wouldn’t put tv on so we could watch a match and no one else was in there
