Staff were friendly, adequate parking .
Bed was very firm . Shower pressure was not great. Breakfast was a disaster besides the food . No place to sit , no juice in the juice containers , short supply of cutlery, coffee machine took ages to make one cup and the no plates available, only side plates which made it awkward to have a proper breakfast .

Everything was simple and easy. Clean comfortable and you got what you paid for. The food in restaurant wasnt the best in the evening, but breakfast was satisfactory and more than adequate. Danielle on the front desk was amazing, sorted out the aircon in minutes as it didnt work the first night, she set it up to cool the room down while we were out that day so by the second night it was perfect. She Sorted us late check out for our anniversary, was so kind and friendly, we had lovely chats and she made us feel so welcome and comfortable there. Id go back just for how nice and helpful she was. It made our stay so much nicer.

Superb modern and exceptionally clean hotel in a very convenient location. You wouldn't have thought this was a budget price option as the room was very big, very well appointed and exceptionally well lit and had great aircon.
Cleaners could be a lot quieter - had a sign on the door to say that I was sleeping in and despite that the cleaners in the corridor adjoining rooms were quite noisy and talked quite loudly.
Also, dog friendly?! Is there anywhere that doesn't allow dogs? I don't have any (due to allergies) and whilst the room and hotel were very clean, one of lifts smelt clearly of dog which was off putting.
