The rooms were great, the individual pools we a delight. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property in general was nice and somewhat better than what's captured on the website. This was a really relaxing retreat. We enjoyed our stay immensely and met some great people there.
My complaints are minimal, but reasonable. 1) the food was very disappointing. There was limited variety and was very bland. With lobster being out of season I would have appreciated another upsell option and I wished they had more Caribbean cuisine options, even if they were limited and only the daily special it would have been better. 2) the beach was cute, but VERY limited. The algae/seaweed was abundant, which I get out of the control of the property, but before you make the trek from the main hotel you should inquire. Also, IT IS NOT WALKABLE TO THE BEACH, do not believe anyone that tells you that. The distance isn't the issue, the hills will kill you and the lack of a regular shuttle needs to be adjusted. 3) There not much of anything off the property near by and a taxi is roughly $80US round trip any where. This included a convenience store

The view from the room
- Lack of amenities for an all inclusive
(No minibar, no water just an empty fridge, broken iron that leaked water all on clothes, only 1 restaurant with very limited menu options n quality food, no luggage stand, old body wash bottles etc. hair on bed upon arrival which meant those weren’t fresh sheets , no far of room service, the resort offered nothing. Workers had nothing to do because there was nothing to request that the resort offered)
- Having to walk to the reception to get water, especially at night when it’s pitch dark
