The ocean front room was gorgeous and the food was excellent! The customer service was also excellent! The staff made the honeymoon special!

Awesome ocean views. Very peaceful and quiet. Everything was close.
The birds in the buffet. I understand you can’t keep them out of the seating area but when they get inside where the food is, that needs fixed. People saving pool chairs for hours at a time

Beautiful location, many areas to choose from to fit all needs of guests, beach front for beach bums like myself, three separate pools each with its own unique flare, a quite hammock garden to rest from the sun, take a nap or sway with your beloved.
Unable to be on the beach and at the pools after dark.

I loved the location of the property in that the beach was spectacular.
I felt the staff could be friendlier. Only a handful of the staff smiled and went out of their way for you. I also felt the rooms could have been cleaner as laying on bed and looking up at the ceiling fan I was quite surprised at the dirt. The floors could’ve been scrubbed better as well. I think the cleaning staff could’ve done a better job. Don’t get me wrong. The bathroom was clean and the bed was clean, which is very important.
