You walk up to the massive 10 foot wide wrap-around covered decking that offers over 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space. The deck features plenty of chaise lounge chairs, gas grill and a porch swing that will provide hours of enjoyment and the perfect setting for a summer evening after the beach. The living room space features a beautiful dual sided gas “island” fireplace, ample lounging space and views galore. Gorgeous varying width, heart of pine hardwood flooring lies throughout the home. The room flows perfectly into the grand kitchen with custom stainless steel appliances and custom wine fridge. A huge granite topped island is perfect for entertaining and dining alike. The owners have spared no expense in stocking the kitchen with all the amenities a professional chef would need. Windows upon windows allow the natural light to pour into this warm and inviting home. Multiple doors lead back out to your covered, wrap around decking, your open air sun deck, and a huge completely screened in rear back porch with outdoor dining table. Ready for a day at the beach or a sunrise stroll? Your own beach access is directly across the street from your front door. This natural covered path has a fun, tropical feel. When you return home from a day at the beach, shower off in your own outdoor, private tiki shower at the rear of the house. The master bedroom, with King bed, is huge with an enormous bathroom suite, marble shower, Jacuzzi and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a jack and jill bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids or adults since the bunk bed has two Full beds to sleep 4 total. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have private access to the back screen porch. The final Queen bed is found in the 4th bedroom in the back-middle of the home. High quality linen and towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. Massive garage underneath the home provides sufficient parking as well as a perfect place to keep your beach toys while you are here. House also comes with kayak, perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts! Just a short, 20-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston, SC to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Home is non smoking and not pet-friendly. No events/parties allowed. Located in one of the quieter spots on Folly Beach, home is in a residential area with many full-time residents around. Noise ordinance in effect 24/7. My girlfriends and I stayed at La Bella Vita for a girls weekend. We loved the house! It is spacious and comfortable. There were enough bathrooms for all of us to get ready in. The wrap around porch is incredible and we were very close to the beach. We wish we had more time at the house and on the island!

Beautiful house! This house has everything you need to enjoy a great time at the beach. This house offered a quick access to the beach and a mile walk or ride to the downtown life of Folly Beach. We were even allowed to access the house a few hours earlier which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely add it to the list of places to stay again.

Great location, and plenty of space
We truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 to spread out. Being able to just cross the street and be at the beach was perfect. Since it was November and COVID the beach was the perfect place to be with the kids.
I would say the only thing I would change is the couch. The support is gone. My mother in law had a tough time getting off of it because of the sinking. Other than that it was great!

We had a wonderful time at the beach and in the home. There were a few things in the description that weren’t available at the house. Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our vacation.

Wonderful, clean, spacious property with very close access to the beach. The section of beach across from the house was like having your own private beach . Would highly recommend renting a golf cart which made parking in town A non issue.

This house is huge and comfortable and the management is extremely accommodating. The location is ideal, close to the action but far enough away to be quiet, and the beach is just across the street. With 4 bedrooms, a great kitchen and the wrap-around porch it would be ideal for a large group.

This property could be 5 star with a few changes. The outside “living/ game” area is not usable so that was disappointing. The sonos and the WiFi did not work either. With all that being said we still enjoyed our time at the house and beach.

Retreat!
9 friends some new to Folly, for a long weekend! The house was perfect. Perfect location for us, perfect size and perfectly stocked! The property manager was attentive and helpful and calmly answered all of our questions, even after Irma damaged parts of the island. We hope to rent longer next fall!

We truly loved our week in your home. It is so convenient to the beach and we had everything we needed except silverware.....you desperately need to equip the home with more silverware! Not enough for a vacation home. Other than that all was perfect!!

Beach anniversary celebration
The house is lovely. We had 11 people (6 children) and the house accommodated us nicely. The kitchen, with its large seating island, and the large den were a hit for all. The master bedroom and bath is extremely large. The kitchen has everything you need and more.
The only negative was mosquitoes rendered the man cave under the house unusable. The children really enjoyed the corn hole, ping pong, etc., until the mosquitoes drove them away.
Beach access is directly across the street and through private path. The outdoor shower is wonderful. Sand stayed outside the house.
We would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Fun at Folly Beach
This is a great place to stay at Folly Beach. Easy access to the beach which is literally just across the road. The reality company - Carolina One and the representative were great to work with and helpful. Their instructions were clear and they did a great job with the information in advance. The house has lots of porches to enjoy which was perhaps the best part of all! Lots of windows. Beautifully decorated, clean and ample linens. Thanks to the owners for doing such a nice job with this home!

AMAZING!
I stayed here with a big group of girls for my bachelorette party and it FAR exceeded our expectations. The house is wonderful with an open layout and tons of deck space. There were so many areas to hang out, whether it be all together, or in a number of small groups. You are directly across from a gorgeous beach that is quiet and you can get much of it to yourself. We actually preferred having some separation from the pier as you simply don't have to deal with crowds. We walked into "town" each morning on the beach, it only took 10-15 minutes . There were tons of beach towels and beach chairs, and really anything you could need. We loved the trip so much we might even look into making this an annual tradition at La Bella Vita. I HIGHLY recommend!

GREAT Entertainment house
myself plus 8 other ladies stayed in this house for a long weekend as a Bachelorette gathering. We were so impressed with the house, its features and location! Weather was great so we were at the beach most of the days but loved the option to hang out at the house front/side porch and back porch with screens to keep bugs out. There were plenty of beach towels for us all to use, beach chairs games, cornhole boards, pin-pong table, dart boards outside and tons of seating. The beach access path is right across the street from this house so was PERFECT location. inside of the house was wonderful, big open kitchen, speakers inside and outside the house to pull in your phone and play music. We will be back with our husbands next time!

Wonderful, GIANT, house for a great weekend with friends
La Bella Vita was a perfect place for a fun, relaxing weekend with girlfriends. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and the layout was vey comfortable. The beach is literally right across the street and the path to get there is adorable. We loved every minute of our vacation and would not hesitate to book this house again. Great activities available
The house was awesome. Very comfortable and nice layout. Awesome downstairs for kid activities. I was dismayed that your neighbor approached us the first day and "threatened" us with a copy of the noise ordinance and said it could "cost us $500" and that we should read it. He then called the realty company who called to say they were called about the noise and that kids were hanging around.
My husband and I stayed the entire visit and hosted a few of my sons friends. This group of high school athletes who are bound for college on academic and athletic scholarships, have lost 5'friends in the past 8 months to car accidents and accidental opiod drug use. It has been devastating for them. We wanted to be able to host them in a safe environment.
I appreciate that your neighbor is feeling the discomfort of having weekly/weekend renters but not all kids are bad.
Our kids kept their music down, rode the bikes, rode skateboards, found sharks teeth, played spike ball at the beach. I think that as parents of teens, we also needed the healing weekend and an opportunity to feel that our kids can be safe. Your home was a nice haven for our bunch. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is very spacious and the wrap around porch meets every need whether one wants to grill, lay out in the sun, swing, or eat outside without annoying insects. The service and accommodations were top notch! We will definitely look into renting this house again!

This is a near perfect beach house. With high ceilings and an exceedingly wide porch that literally wraps around the entire house, there is a feeling of eminence spaciousness. There are so many great spots in this house to hang out. Loved it!

Never wanted to leave
Booked La Bella Vita with my parents and siblings and our families for a chance for us all to be together. From the moment we stepped on the property, everyone relaxed and felt at home. Plenty of room for our 3 young families to spread out, yet a great space for the 12 of us to eat dinner together on the screened in porch. Beautifully decorated, a well stocked kitchen, fun man cave, and a wrap around porch quintessential to a South Carolina property complete this house. The beach across the street was perfect for our small children, and the town of Folly Beach was idyllic. We enjoyed walking the mile into town for fun food and drinks. The house was comfortable, the location was ideal, and the beach was beautiful. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with family or friends, I can't recommend this property enough! We will be back!
