The location is perfect, just 2 min walking to Lori beach and 4 min to the centre! They upgraded us to an ensuite and that made our holiday even more comfortable!
They cleaned everyday, absolutely perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful đ and the breakfast was superrrrr delicious and many things to choose there!
Parking near the hotel, everything was just perfect!

We liked the breakfast and cleanliness.
Regardless that the property is not located in the center, there was a lot of noise from the surrounding properties( loud music). Also when we booked our stay, in the description of what was included we were left with the impression that beach beds and umbrella was included. When we arrived at the property the receptionist told us that these amenities were not included, as well as she wasnât customer- oriented.

Breakfast was great, the room was clean, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the sea. Viola was kind and friendly with us and gave the support we needed. The hotel is really close to the beach. There is music outside during the whole day (until midnight), but if you close the windows (and put the A/C on), you don't hear anything. There are a lot of restaurants around.
The swimming pool was not available (July) and this was informed to us when we arrived. When we booked the hotel (months in advance), the swimming pool was available, so I believe they should have informed us earlier and they could have given a discount to us.

The hotel was nice and clean and big rooms.
I asked for a kettle and other essentials on my first day and was assured theyâd be delivered. Unfortunately, none arrived. Last year, our main reason for booking this hotel was the pool which was conveniently close and a key part of our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety but yoghurt and honey were left uncovered and a wasp was swimming in them . This significantly reduced my options.
