Passable

The apartment is not too bad, as long you don't have high expectations !

The area where the flat is located, look like Cairo suburban, you can robbed one minute

We love that it was only 15 min far away from the center and a very good coffee shop.

The location was very dirty but the apartment was pretty clean

Bad surprise

Easy access to the center of Marseille. Close to everything.

Apartment located in a very neglected building. Second floor without elevator (+45 stairs), Very difficult to park nearby, and public parking is far away, with no indications.

Poor

it's close to the Metro, and as long as you stay on the Republic side it is safe.

the screams of people at night, the staircase which is dangerous. The host threatening with fines, even if we did not do anything wrong. The smell of fresh paint.

Passable

The shower was great and the ventilators were a nice Idea to cool down the rooms. The location was near the central station and the area around was pretty clean and calm

There werent enough dishes and glasses for each of us(6), at the end the climate didnt work anymore. In the Bathrooms, there was no real possibilty in the Bathrooms to get some fresh air.

Nicely Surprised

Everything else was good. The apartment is nice and big. It's really close by the city center. The owner is really good and easy going! I would recommend this place to anyone!

To be honest the building itself is quiet scary. From the outside, you Don expect the building to be in need of renovation so much. However the apartement itself is really nice. Quiet a contrast!

Nice apartment inside but terrible location

Shower was very modern and effective Kitchen had all necessary appliances Toilet and living rooms clean TV could get Netflix 5 min walk to cash machines, local amenities and tram stops 15 min walk to the train and bus station Air con was effective in the one room it was in Good sized living room and freedom to cook and drink when you liked.

Location is in the poor part of Marseille. Very noisy throughout the day and night. Impossible to sleep in the second bedroom. No air con and it faced the road. At night you had children running about, rubbish collections after midnight and mopeds driving past every 10 minutes. In the end my friend brought his bed into my bedroom at the back of the apartment. Some fans would have been nice in a heatwave. Shower was blocked when we arrived Key to the front door of flats was very temperamental Dead pidgeon and bird poo by the windows near the toilet No real balcony

Tough with heavy luggage. Charged us 15 euros for late check-in.
