It’s so many of them! So let’s begin:
➕ Location
It’s located in 10 minutes near city center. So you don’t need any transport to reach there.
➕ Cleanliness
Clean towels, bedding, furniture (especially important for me, because I’m allergic to dust).
➕ The view😍
In the mornings or evenings you can see the beauty landscapes of Kutaisi. (Photo added). Also, outside there are cafe tables and chairs, where you can have nice meal time with cup of coffee, or just have a rest, have a glance on city and breathe fresh air.
➕ Owners behavior
Whenever we had any questions, we reached out and received advice about the visit. Also, whenever we needed something, we let them know, and they provided it without any problems.
➕ It’s very good to rent when you move there alone (there is one room with one kingsized bed) or with company(you will be in one room).
I didn't notice any major issues to talk about it.

I liked the location that is near from the centre of the city and Bagatti Katedral.
And the view is perfect especially in the morning.
The people are very nice
