There are not enough points on this scale to rate my experience in this guesthouse! It was one of those places you're sad you're leaving, that's how much I loved it. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean with all the amenities one might need. The owners are incredibly lovely people - and to my surprise fluent in Greek. The breakfast was freshly prepared with their own ingredients and a good start to the day. The area itself is a short walk through a beautiful residential neighborhood downhill to the center and is quiet, a big plus for those who seek to relax. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I can only recommend it to anyone!

A great stay for its money! Very cozy, clean, the hosts are super friendly and nice. The place has home-like vibe.
The furniture is not very new, so be ready for that if you're used to modern hotels (very cozy though). No curtain in the shower which was a little inconvenient.

The breakfast was great and the room was spacious. The host was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us for early in the morning. The location is calm.

I have never experienced such kindness and care while travelling the world! The stay at this place was perfect! My wife had a birthday on the day we arrived, the hostess prepared a small cake with a candle, homemade wine and sweets for the occasion. She looked after us like her family throughout our stay. We felt like we were with our grandmother! Meg (the landlady's daughter) had been giving tips on what to do and what to see in Kutaisi long before we arrived. She organised a driver to pick us up from the airport, take us to the canyon in the evening and bring us back to the airport the next day. She answered every question, even the most trivial ones.
As for the flat itself - very clean, tidy. Comfortable beds, air conditioning in the room. In the morning breakfast served at the agreed time - the best breakfast I have ever had.
From the flat it is about 10-15 minutes by foot to the centre.
I really regret that we were only there for one night. If we return to Georgia it will only be to Kutaisi and only to Meg and her parents.
There are no words to express our gratitude! Best regards!
