Perfect mix of apartment (with kitchen & laundry access) and hotel (daily room cleaning available if you wish - we opted for it once in our 5 night stay). One of the few apartments in the city with car parking available.
FYI car park is accessible through a car park lift
Host was easily contactable. There is a little balcony for outdoor space. The doors had insect screens.
Nothing to dislike

Location was excellent. It was quiet during our stay. Bed was comfortable. It was clean and the daily cleaning was a plus. Cindi was a great addition to the staff. Communication with property was great. We liked sitting on the terrace.
There were no extras in the kitchen, like salt and pepper. The facility has an induction stove that does not support the moka coffee maker that is provided.

Location was great, good size unit, bonus was a small balcony, very comfortable and secure
Needed a kettle, lounge not very comfortable

Cleaners and location
Limited hot water for 4 people. Leaking toilet meant the water closet took longer to fill.
