Beds - mattresses very poor felt every spring. Shower head needs replacing.

The location was good, the place was clean and the breakfast excellent.
This is an old hotel and all the room facilities were dated. I didn't like the smallness of the shower, the lack of a power point by the bed and sheets & blankets on the bed rather than a duvet. The colour of the room was brown making it look dismal, but nevertheless it was spotlessly clean. The room just needed updating.

Handy place to stay near Ancona Ferry Port, clean, decent breakfast and easy parking.

The hotel staff are lovely, extremely helpful and efficient.
I asked for an airport shuttle and it was on time and at the cost stated. Taxi/ shuttle take card payment and was not far to the airport
While the staff are good, they speak excellent English.
This hotel is extremely run down, the room smelt of lemon and bleach, I feel it was to cover up bad smells as in previous comments.
It's noisy from dogs barking, other guests late into the night and early in the morning.
Breakfast was ok but nothing exciting.
It's about 10/15 minutes from the falconara maritime train station. Up hill.
Nice sea view from room.
However it's dirty walls, ripped wallpaper, rusty balcony and worn-out beds.
It's ok for one night as a stopover, but it's very run down.
