Beautiful hotel, really special and beautiful design of the rooms, the bistro and the terraces. Wonderful breakfast and outstanding rooftop restaurant. Parking is tight but works. Only 5 min walk into the city centre. Nice view on the harbour with all the ferries coming and going.

The guest placed at the heart of everything. Yes, I was made to feel I belonged. All staff gave me personal attention for all needs and requests . The breakfast was wonderful and individual spa facilities exceptional.

The place was absolutely amazing, beautiful, stylish and like home! I loved it! Especially the staff they were ALL exceptional
A little outdoor chill area would have been nice to sit in a bikini with a book rather than having to leave to the beach or elsewhere

The staff was the best part of the hotel. The breakfast was well-rounded - it was great. The view of the harbor from the main restaurant was relaxing and nice. The design on this main level was elegant and comforting. I did the spa time, having access to the area completely alone was truly unique and I enjoyed this very much, a handsome staff member even delivered wine to me. Love the Sommelier at the Michelin-mentioned restaurant (Genevra?)
I think my experience was unique to me, but my room had a repelling smell to it. I did report it so I can only imagine they figured that out. The restaurant, again, I think I just got unlucky... but I ended up with a fairly boring dish. The Sommelier though! Handsome and Intelligent! The gym worked out perfect, had enough to get anything you need done.
