We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location. The rooms had wonderfully high ceilings, which made them feel even more comfortable and elegant.
The entire staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. The reception team was super friendly and helpful with questions we had. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the quality of the food was outstanding. So was the dinner service!
A special mention goes to the concierge, Luciano, who was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay.
Overall, a fantastic experience — we would be very happy to stay here again!

Beautiful property, with views of the port, situated in the old city of Ancona. The hotel is beautifully curated and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Cleanliness, aesthetics location and the availability of parking (via a valet service) gives it top marks for us.
Breakfast was very nice, would be great to have some wholemeal bread available as well. But they did make eggs and pancakes made to order and there was a good selection overall.

A very nice modern hotel, great breakfast.
The restaurant offers a great selection and the staff in the restaurant are exceptional. The meals are served quickly. The housekeeping and Alice at reception, all lovely people.
We enjoyed our stay Grand Palace Hotel, Ancona.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Palace. The room was cozy and very clean, with a beautiful sea view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The location was also perfect for us.
The only thing that bothered us was the noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor. We could sometimes hear people talking, children running, and noise from the hallway. The soundproofing could be a little better.
Despite this, we would happily stay here again and can definitely recommend the hotel.
