About this house rental
River Camp is a cozy retreat in a newer premier development in Mt. Bachelor Village. Enjoy easy access to everything on foot, bike or car with this wonderful location close to shops, restaurants, and pubs on Century Drive and a short drive to Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes. Tucked away amongst tall pine trees, it's a perfect fun filled getaway!
At the house, guests will enjoy a fully stocked air-conditioned home with a gas fire pit and gas grill on the patio along with a new salt water hot tub to be installed mid May 2019. There are walking paths that intersect the property leading to the Deschutes River Trail and other side of the property is the bike trail that leads to all kinds of outdoor sports, fine dining and shopping. This unique location accesses the connector trails to the popular "Phil's Trail" for mountain biking. A quick 5 minute drive takes you to the Old Mill and and downtown to shops, restaurants and Drake Park and only 18 miles from Mt. Bachelor Ski Area.
Journey into the River Camp home and find abundant natural lighting, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, with a lovely Transitional Modern decor. The spacious layout and open floor plan allows for plenty of room to connect and have privacy with the split master bedrooms.
Upscale finishes throughout such as new stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and quartz counter tops and island. Enjoy two master suites in this two bedroom house that is perfect for families or couples looking to getaway. The 2nd master is upstairs and has a private outside balcony. There are two queen beds with comfortable mattresses with comfy warm duvets. We also have two couches that are made to multitask into twin beds which are very comfortable. Once the back cushions are removed on the couch, they are the size of a twin bed. There is a beautiful tiled shower downstairs, a powder room, and a tub shower combination upstairs.

amazing week. we used provided bikes almost every day! Great location next to river trail as well. house fully stocked ked. we're definitely coming back.

This place was great! The location can’t be beat, everything is so close. Our favorite bakery, breweries, downtown, Old Mill were all under a ten minute drive, as was our favorite hike/dog park. It’s also adjacent to several walking trails and bike path/trails. The house itself is such a great layout and so well appointed. We had everything we needed: from cooking spices and oils, leftover containers, a plumbed grill, coffee maker, etc. It was so great to have a garage for all our sports gear and a washer and dryer for post-sports laundry. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. We had our 11.5 year-old Golden Retriever with us so the one story layout was great and he loved being able to just walk out the front door to use the bathroom. David was so accommodating and flexible with our changing schedule and responded within minutes of us contacting him every time. We can’t wait to go back!

A lovely property in the attractive 2006-built small River Camp development. Close both to downtown and to a hiking trail down to the Deschutes. We liked the light-filled upstairs bedroom. Also the patio with hot tub and fire pit facing the woods. It all suited us very well. We hope to return.
