Amazing

It’s stunning family home. Sea on the front and amazing view. Restaurants and mini market in walking distance. Peaceful place. Zlatka and Marko are very friendly and helpful. It was my first experience being at home accommodation and it was great. I would return of i am again in Montenegro.

However if you plan to get around it’s easier to have your own car. Though there is often too heavy traffic. Busses are not reliable and can happen they are already packed. Taxis are expensive. Use the Red Taxi if you need as it’s only one with a reasonable prices.

We haven't had such an enjoyable holiday in a long time. Our house was incredibly comfortable, our host Marco was very hospitable. Everything has been thought of for you to live comfortably at home. Much more beautiful than the photos. Thanks a lot. We will come again :) It's amazing..

Such a hospitable family, they made us feel so very welcome! The apartment and the location are perfect too. The apartment is comfortable, clean (and cool, despite the hot weather!), and has everything. Cross the street and you can dive into the bay! The old town is only 10 minutes away, just close enough to visit and far enough to avoid the tourist crowds.

Perfect in every way!!!

it was just PERFECT! the villa is beautiful, clean and in a great location to either chill by the water, go to a local restaurant or as a place to venture further. Vlata was the perfect host and her family were also wonderful. We had the best stay and would reccomend to everyone! Thank you so much!

Excellent Comfortable Quiet Apartment

the location is excellent, just across a small road from the sea and it's own space with chairs and umbrella, ideal for showering after a bath in the sea.There are 4 good restaurants within 4-5 minutes walk, and a couple of minimarkets. The apartment was very quiet at night. The owners Marko and Zlata are very friendly and even negotiated for us the taxi ride to the airport

The public bus service to Kotor (1h on foot, 10 min by bus) is crowded and unreliable, once we waited for over 1 hour.

The location was amazing, with waterside access and fantastic views across the bay. There's a small road between the house and the lake, which we were nervous about but caused no issues at all. The bedrooms are comfortable, the bathroom is excellent and it's a spacious apartment on the first floor of the owners house (they are across the hall and upstairs, there are two other guest rooms downstairs). The aircon works well, and there are windows to open for fresh air. There is a shop and a bakery a short walk away.

The kitchen is perhaps a little small, and while there are two sofas they're not the most conducive to spreading out in the evening as a family. The outdoor space isn't totally private, which didn't bother us but might others.

Amazing Place

The place and hosts were just amazing. We stayed at Villa Emily for one week and can recommend the place at all. High standard is set, from furniture to security, the bed was very comfortable too. The hosting family is super nice and friendly.

Villa Emily is the perfect location for a very relaxing holiday.

Just 10 meters from the seaside...breathtaking view of the sea and mountain. Fresh air and tranquility is what you perceive continuously. Many restaurants in the area with sea food at 10-15 min. walking time. All items inside the apartment were brand new, top quality . The host, Slatana is a very pleasant person, always ready to support us and to give whatever information we required.

There is nothing we can write here...everything was beyond our expectations.

Beautiful, clean & modern with amazing views

Friendly greeting from lovely owner Zlata who spoiled us with her delicious apple cake! Yum!! The beautiful villa was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the location (walking distance to great restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, post office), modern facilities, super clean, comfortable beds & pillows, washing machine in bathroom and the private beach. Couldn't be more happier with everything, we can't wait to come back!

A perfect stretch of private beach, in front of a beautiful and immaculate house, ran by genuinely wonderful and easy going people, whom we came to consider friends after only a few days - made for a truly wonderful stay!

Friendly hosts with everything one needs

We rented the 2 bedroom apartment and had a wonderful time. Villa Emily is right across the sea, the apartment is spacious and clean, newly renovated, with quality furnishings. Kotor is 5km away, reachable by bus. Lots of nice taverns near by.

Everything was perfect!!! Very clean Villa furnished with style. Fantastic view on the sea! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Zlata our host is amazing, she is very friendly and attentive. Definitely will come back!!! Thank you Marko&Zlata

Fantastic house and wonderful, lively, and funny hostess. Very nice and helpful! The house is beautiful. Newly remodeled, although over 200 years old. We loved our apartment. It was the studio, but we had a ton of space for 2 people, including a private patio. We really loved the apartment!

The accommodation is exactly as the pictures suggest. Clean, luxurious and spacious. I would recommend the seaside accommodation but all guests can enjoy the marvellous view on the terrace in front of the house. We received a warm welcome from Zlatna and her family. We were travelling with our 10 month-old baby and everything was ready for him. If possible, we would have stayed longer. Definitely highly recommended!

The view from the apartment was great! The facilities were very good - separate room for kids, spaciuos bedroom, nicely decorated living room, dining area, well equipped kitchen, dish washing machine, laundy washing machine.
