Maison propre, confortable, grande, bien équipée. Ana est très accueillante et facilite le séjour avec une grande discrétion. Le lieu est idéal pour rayonner dans cette partie de l'île. A recommander les yeux fermés !

Het huis was groot en heel sfeervol, fijne slaapkamers met goede bedden en een ventilator. Groot dakterras met uitzicht. Dichtbij het dorp Povoacao, maar wel een auto nodig. Ana de host was fantastisch en erg lief. Toen we door familieomstandigheden eerder weg moesten ontvingen wij ons geld terug. Dat had zij niet hoeven doen en was erg aardig!
Als tip zou ik nog willen meegeven dat het dakterras wat gezelliger zou kunnen qua meubilair en aankleding. Dat is minder in lijn met de sfeer van de rest van het huis.

We really enjoyed our time at Quinta da Espadana. Ana is a wonderful host and managed to make the place feel like a real home away from home.
The house was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. Having a washing machine and a dryer helped a lot, and Ana added such thoughtful touches, like leaving swimming towels for us and fresh flowers in every single room. It was also incredibly quiet, and we slept amazingly well!
We spent our late afternoon out on the terrace just relaxing, taking in the beautiful views, and watching the cows in the fields. On foggy days, the scenery looked enchanted.
There is also a very sweet, friendly cat that hung out with us and made the stay even better. It is a very peaceful place to unwind, and we would definitely recommend it.
