Great location, nice sized flat with air conditioning. Good communication with the host. Clean and practical. Overall good experience.
The house in not insulated against noise - not outside noise but from inside. That would not be so bad, but there is some sort of machine in the upstairs room (in the wall behind litlle door) that makes a lot of noise and can be disturbing. We don't know what it was. It only goes on sometimes, so not too bad. Also there are 2 flats in the house and if you get loud downstairs neighbours like we did, it can be a bit challenging. Luckily they were nice enough and once we notified them that we can really hear them every night (music, loud talking), they really toned it down. So after that it was OK.
Also the garden is opposing the bedroom window, so if the people from the flat downstairs are spending a lot of time in the garden it can be a little intrusive feeling (as they can literally see into your bed).

L'emplacement est parfait, parking à proximité et bien situé par rapport au centre de Furnas.
Le logement est spacieux et très propre.
Petit bémol pour le jardin commun qui est l'extension de la terrasse du logement d'en dessous. Nous n'en avons donc pas profité.
L'équipement de cuisine comportait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, mais certains ustensiles un peu sommaires.

Die Lage des Appartment: Kurze Wege fußläufig in die Innenstadt und zu Geschäften.
Vermieter zwar bemüht und an Feedback interessiert, aber ob die Hinweise umgesetzt werden - ???
Öffentlicher (kostenloser) Parkplatz gleich um die Ecke.
Im Vorfeld wurden die Informationen mitgeteilt, um in das Gebäude und das Appartment zu kommen - das war schonmal positiv - aber: Nachdem die PIN eingegeben wurde, konnte man die Tür nur schwer bzw. mit "zufälliger" Unterstützung eines Passanten öffnen. Auf Nachfrage beim Verwalter erhielt man nach 30 Min. eine Antwort, dass man nachdem man den PIN eingegeben hat, die Tür gleichzeit zu sich heran ziehen muss, um sie zu öffnen. Das hätte man doch gleich so mitteilen können. Oder: Mal das Schloß auswechseln.
Die Handtücher waren sehr minderwertig, d.h. sehr dünnes Material, welches kaum bzw. sehr schnell die Nässe aufnahm und damit nicht richtig zum Abtrocknen geeignet waren.
Bei der Sauberkeit ist auch noch Luft nach oben gewesen. Alles etwas "schmieriger" Zustand.
