For those looking for an alternative to the Four Seasons or Ritz Hotels this is the suite for you! -One parking spot included. -Brown Leather Couch (not shown in photos) -Bedroom has Luxurious KING SIZE BED with Premium mattress. +TV. -Bathroom is fully equipped w/Waterfall Shower, TOTO Heated Toilet Seat, Bidet with remote control. -Den has a 45 Inch TV with premium cable channels and Sony PS4, Full size office desk, Queen size sofa bed . -Kitchen has Miele Fridge, Stove/oven and Microwave +Nespresso coffee maker. -Full use of Resort style amenities which includes a Gym, Outdoor pool and Cabana Style patio, Billiards room, Entertainment room, 2 Hot tubs one outdoors one indoors, and Sauna. Host is not responsible if amenities are closed. This is rare but is possible and out of our control. -Located in the epicentre of downtown Toronto in the Entertainment District across the street from the Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Ripleys Aquarian walking distance to Toronto Island, Shopping District, King and Queen st West, Scotia Centre, Metro Convention Centre, Union Station and all major transit. What makes my One Bedroom + Den stand out from the rest. -Newly Renovated from Top to Bottom -Luxury King size Bed with Pillow Top Mattress -Bathroom has a remote controlled BIDET. Toilet has a heated and auto up down seat. Walk-in Waterfall Shower. -Premium Nespresso Coffee Machine with starter package of coffee pods -Second TV in the bedroom -Ultra HI Speed Internet -And of course I’m the best host who’s a people person and alway willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. -Your always dealing with myself (Alan) the owner not some management company that doesn’t treat you as a priority! * Due to covid-19 amenities may be closed. No guarantees if the pool, gym, spa and any amenities listed in my amenities will be open. * If there’s any maintenance or cleaning issues please let us know so we can tend to them as quickly as we’re able to. If anything is not up to your personal standards we will try our best to make it right but cannot guarantee timelines. We do Not offer refunds or compensation. * Air Conditioning and Heat are seasonal and controlled by the condo management. Usually the A/C is switched over near the end of April or early May. Heat is turned on in October. Air Filters are the responsibility of the guest if stays are 28 days and longer. * My condo is non-smoking but from time to time others who reside in the building might break the rules and smoke in their condo. Smoke does travel in an enclosed building so you may experience a smoke odour if this happens. It’s very important to report this to the concierge immediately. This is an issue beyond our control no compensation is offered for smoke odour coming from other condos into ours. Rest assured your dealing with myself Alan and my Daughter Frida we are the owners of this condo. We always ensure you will feel at home and we always provide fast personal service. Most condos in Toronto are run by agencies or management companies, they cannot provide the service we do. We’re available 24/7 + we have a team of maintenance staff ready at all times! There’s no place like home and we will do everything to make sure you feel at home!
