The location is amazing, our visitors liked the hotel service after the experience of a lodge in Murchison falls national , they liked the break from lodging in the jungle , and the location in the small city was really cool too addition while connecting to Kibale Forest after game driving in Murchison falls national park

The service was wonderful, I stayed in a basic room one night and upgraded to a double the next night. The double was worth it for the space, the basic room was closer to the pool. The beds were basically the same, with beautiful nets around them and fans in the room. The bathroom was a bit nicer in the double, plus the view and balcony was a nice touch. The traditional breakfast was beautifully prepared and filling, if you like matoke and gnut stew, its a winner :)
Sunday nights, there's a live band playing who are amazing, I watched from the poolside.
The only note was that there's no tea making facility in the room, annoying when you've booked for work and don't want to order room service just for hot water, but the kitchen was accommodating enough.
There should be a way you can charge poolside drinks to the room, I think that was done in the end, but not sure all staff are aware of how that works.
