I loved everything. This was my second visit and I was reminded why I called the hotel a gem in Kampala the first time I stayed there. Lovely place, comfortable beds, such lovely food, welcoming staff, quiet location and affordable!

Moses was very helpful. The food was good. No boda boda noise
Subjected us to bathing cold water for 2 days. Female employees very unprofessional. Mixed up bills after checking out started texting us despite us going to them twice to settle our bill. No communication between restaurant staff and hotel staff.Absolutely unacceptable.
