Amazing restaurant and all other services nearby like massage, souvenir shop, haircut, tour and more. The hotel located right inside of the garden like place and the ambience is quite good.
However, the facility inside is not good. My bathroom keeps leaking water out whenever I took shower and I have to be super careful but still. Leaking all the time.

We stayed at Fairway Boutique Hotel & Spa for 14 nights as a couple on holiday. Overall, we had a very good experience.
The staff were friendly, professional and attentive, and the service was consistently good throughout our stay. We also felt that the hotel lived up well to its stated values, particularly regarding hospitality, respect and personal service.
A comfortable and reliable choice for a longer stay in Kampala.

As always, the staff at Fairway are excellent and want to assist wherever they can. The hotel restaurant makes very good Asian cuisine.
I have been staying at the Fairway every time I visited Uganda for work for the last 7-8 years, but this time was quite a let down. I was checked into the first room by the stairs, so was woken up a few times by people walking past. This was not as bad, but the limen smelled to much of cigarettes that it made me think it was not washed since the previous occupant. It became unbearable and I had to ask for another room in the middle of the night, which the staff made happen within an hour to their credit. The new room was much better, but the shower is completely blocked in this one.
