De tudo! O apartamento é perfeito, muito espaçoso, decorado com muito bom gosto, cozinha bem equipada e a melhor localização que se poderia desejar para Logroño. Fomos bem orientados sobre local de estacionamento e como acessar o apartamento. Recomendo a todos que pretendam conhecer as vinícolas no entorno de Logroño. Eu mesma pretendo voltar e me hospedar aqui de novo.
Como o clima estava bem quente, fez falta ar condicionado em dois dos quartos. Só havia em um dos quartos e na sala. Nos outros dois quartos não havia ar condicionado.

El alojamiento es bonito, amplio y cómodo. Decoración muy agradable . Y la ubicación magnífica; en pleno centro de Logroño. Muy recomendable . Aparcamiento cercano

Large shared space (combined living room and dining area). Small kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Was nice to have 3 bathrooms for a group.
It was hotter than normal (but may be new normal?) at 39°C when we arrived. Although the booking and arrival time were known well in advance, there was no preparation made for cooling down the apartment before we arrived. So we arrived in a very hot apartment and the two small AC units (living room and one bedroom) did not reduce the heat even for those two rooms until many hours later. The other 2 bedrooms continued to be very hot for our entire stay.
At minimum the hosts need to 1) prepare for their guests arrival on hot days by turning on AC an hour or two before arrival, and 2) invest in more efficient fans and extension cords to enable pulling cool air into the bedrooms without AC.
Note that you need to phone the host to get in the doors during check-in- easiest over WhatsApp. And communication with hosts was a bit challenging - questions required several rounds of chats without a resulting in a clear answer. I'm sure part of the problem is that we don't know Spanish.
