Wow, highly recommend this great apartment for families/ groups looking for location and space.

The apartment was spacious with good bedding and linen. Bathrooms and showers were excellent. Location was fantastic, close to mercado Sam Miguel and old town as well as great shopping.

Nothing at all.

Un alojamiento bien equipado y cómodo.

La ubicación muy buena para visitar el centro de la ciudad. Se trata de un piso amplio y bien equipado, no echamos en falta nada. Muy bien la comunicación e instrucciones con los responsables de Heima.

Que en una de las habitaciones no había sitio para guardar la ropa a pesar de tener armarios pero estaban cerrados. En el resto de habitaciones había colgadores portátiles así que nos arreglamos.

Wij waren met zes volwassen mannen. Appartement was brandschoon, ruim en had een perfecte ligging, Als ik een minpuntje moet verzinnen is dat de vloer behoorlijk kraakte. Extra pluspunt: een leuk en heel goedkoop kroegje aan de overkant.

Great location, great apartment, perfect for the family.

The location was perfect. We had access to all of the locations that were on our itinerary. It was a short walk to most places. There is a little store a few feet away which was nice to buy some snacks. Plenty of places to eat all over the area.

If I had to pick something, it would maybe be the elevator. Being little old made it a little more complicated for my mother to use. But overall, we loved everything.

Overall, it was good. We loved the ability to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Location was amazing and it was nice to have 4 bedrooms.

One room had no A/C and that was a big pain.

Strongly recommend people choose this place to explore Madrid city, very convenient location, saved time and money takin

Very convenient location to walk up main attraction, bright interior and each bedroom size is about the same.

The master bedroom no AC, not sure why the owner skip install wall AC in this room. One bathroom toilet area is very tiny, very uncomfortable to use.

Amazing location!

Very easy to collect keys, although at a separate address. It is on the same block & not a 2min walk.

the property & linen etc. was clean. Although the blankets didn't have covers on them.

Very good

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. There were sufficient keys for us as we were a group of 7. The communication from the host was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were a good size for a large group. The apartment is well placed to enjoy the centre of Madrid on foot and close to the Metro.

Whilst the apartment is well maintained, the wooden floor, whilst beautiful is very creaky and can be disturbing. The second bathroom has a great shower but the toilet is very close to the wall.

Exceptional

Location, size and facilities were great. We are a family of 7 and had plenty of room. The second bathroom is ideal for smaller people and children.

Zero parking and it is difficult to stop to drop off your bags so plan accordingly. Public transportation is excellent in the neighborhood.

The only thing missing was a mirror near a socket in 3 of the bedrooms for drying hair

Clean, comfortable apartment in the centre of Madrid for a group of 8-9 people. Has all you need.

The place is in central location,super close to Opera metro station and it’s a 10 minutes walk to Puerta del Sol Plaza so super convenient. There is a lot of restaurants and places to eat around, also 10 minutes walk to Gran Via street. The apartment is clean, kitchen has everything you may need to prepare your own meals, place is perfect for 8-9 people

The floor is creaky, which may wake you up at night when your roommate needs to i.e. use the bathroom. Apart from that, everything is great.

Great location in Maxrid

The beautiful main bathroom and the flexibility of the bedroom options. The location was good with plenty of dining options nearby. We were able to walk to lots of the places we wanted to see without needing transport. Rocio who met us was charming and kept in touch regularly.

The second bathroom was very cramped. The living room now needs a little TLC.

The apartment is situated centrally in a great location within walking distance of many attractions.

We were completely self-serve. All necessary appliances were present; and we had no problem making our own breakfast every morning and occasionally lunch. We enjoyed eating at two restaurants which were steps from the apartment. A small grocery store was conveniently located across the road from the apartment.

We were very happy with everything.
