About this house rental
Located in Parksville, this lovely house for $192 per night is a great option for your next break. This waterfront, on the beach two bedroom house features one bedroom with a spacious king size bed and the other a double and single bed. 2 bathrooms are available use. Ideal location to relax and create new memories! The King size bedroom has a breathtaking 180 degree view of the ocean and has its own ensuite. The second bedroom comfortably fits 3 people with a single bed and double bed. The main bathroom has a piece bathroom with tub/shower and lots of storage. The house has a separate living room with the most breathtaking views of the Georgia Strait. Sip your morning coffee or a glass of wine while you take in the wildlife and cruise ships going up and down. The dining room seat 6 people comfortably. The beach house also offers a full kitchen with all the amenities you will need for your stay: full size stove and fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils and dishes. House is equipped with modern convenience and also wireless internet. Linens and towels are provided. You will have all the comforts of home. Private deck with comfortable patio furniture and gas BBQ overlooks ocean as well. We also have a fenced yard. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening meal on the deck and watch the fabulous ocean views and breathtaking sunsets. Depending on tides, 3 sandbars for accessible for you to enjoy and build sand castles. It’s a very comfortable and well equipped oceanfront cabin. A close walk to Rathtrevor Provincial Park with lots of trails and a beautiful sandy beach. We are very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

This is a wonderful house. Four of us were completely comfortable. We even cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed. We will definitely come again. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed for three nights and wish it was longer. Lovely house right on the beach and the ocean. Communication with Juanita was great. Check in was easy. The house is neat and clean. So nice to walk on the beach, and also on the close by trails. We cooked at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would like to visit again.

Rathtrevor beach is ever changing with the tides but always available for a walk. Very quiet but close to town for take out sushi (Sam's) and amenities.
Not a fancy place but well laid out and supplied.
I would recommend it.

Clean and well stocked with towels, garbage bags, etc. The views from the deck were great. Watching the tide come in and go out was very interesting. The front building with the flowing purple flowers was very pretty. Since we had a 3 year old with us, the gated property was good to have. This property would be perfect for a young family, with the children having the smaller bedroom. My husband and I took the master bedroom and my son and family took the smaller room. They set up a small travel playpen for their daugher who is three years old. Would definately recommend your accommodations.

Our one year old son was smitten by the seals and boats passing by! Juanita was most pleasant to deal with and we would love come back again in the warmer months!

Sunrise and sunsets absolutely fantastic from this location. I watched the sunrise from the couch in front of the large window overlooking the ocean both mornings we were there. My friends and I loved this home and location in Parksville. We’ve been going away for one weekend for 30 years and this home is one of our highlights. The kitchen was really well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and necessities such as saran wrap, salt and pepper and even a little package of hot sauce that we used for our homemade guacamole.

There was a bottle of wine sitting on the dining room table when we arrived for all of us to enjoy which was very nice touch.
