The Minns Cottages is conveniently located in George Town. It is a fifteen minute drive to and from the Airport.
The Cottage is located across from the beach with the best snorkeling spot in Exuma. It is a ten minute walk to town where you will find the Restaurants, Straw Market, Food Stores, Gas Station and Water Taxi.
We do provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers and beach towels.
The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful grassy lawn, fenced with a stone wall around the property, overlooking the picturesque Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island.

We had an excellent stay at Minn's Cottages. Everything was as described, it was very clean and the location was perfect. The beach across the street feels like a private beach. The view is beautiful and the screened in front porch is perfect. It was the perfect place for a great stay on Exuma. Will definitely be back!

The Buttercup Cottage was the perfect home away from home. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed. The views were exceptional. The screened in porch was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. We are already planning our next trip to Minns Cottages!

We had a wonderful stay at the Buttercup Cottage! The house was clean and cozy, with convent location near Georgetown and great nearby beaches. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!!

Location was very convenient to town. The owners were amazing! The house was great but the showers are in need of an update.
