Michael & Roseann are the most incredible hosts. They texted us in the mornings to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Right after we made our reservation we felt like family. The Villa was impeccable. Any amenity you might need was provided for, although we wish there was a smaller cooler available for beach trips but atleast having one there was nice. Worked out well when out driving the island and picking up cold goods at Smitty's Grocery. Wish we could've met Cleo but we were always on the go. She was a pleasure to deal with using WhatsApp and delivering to us our preorder from Exuma Market.We can't wait to return in the future!

A Little Slice of Heaven!This is our second visit to Exuma and our second time staying at Bella Vista property. Bella Vista Breeze is an absolute gem! The unit is conveniently located in hideaways, which is essentially located on the island. It is bright and airy and spotless! There is even a grill in an outdoor shower! The unit is stocked with anything you could possibly need. Mike and Roseanne thought of everything! They are wonderful hosts who made the entire process seamless. The communication before our arrival was top-notch. They were also available to answer any questions we had during our stay. There are two wonderful guides on the coffee table that helped us decide what beaches to visit and where to eat. We enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch watching the sunrise each morning. We are already booked for next year and can’t wait to come back.!

Nothing like being right on the water. We saw turtles every day and a large ray visited us one morning. This is a great property with super responsive hosts! We appreciated the resort amenities and the super short walk to Jolly Hall beach. The outdoor shower was amazing to clean up and rinse off after a long day in the sand. We loved the yeti cooler. The kitchen was well stocked too! We will return!!
