The location is very good and the breakfast was superb except it’s too small and packed with a lot of tourist during weekends
The lift has to make us wait especially on weekends.

There was a sewer smell in bathroom, we have to leave the exhaust fan ON all the time.

The location is opposite the train station and the hotel is very easy to spot from the train station with it's eye-catching exterior decoration.
The room was a good size and a had a large desk to use my laptop.
The staff spoke basic English and needed to use a translation app to communicate. The hotel seems to cater to Chinese families with children.
There was only one small lift that got busy. The hotel posted a sign suggesting to use the stairs when a lot of people were waiting for the lift - not practical when you have a lot of luggage!
The shower temperature was difficult to control - it fluctuated between cold and scalding hot.
The included breakfast was fairly basic.
