The staffs are friendly . Room is cozy and clean. It’s definitely valued of money.
There are not many options of breakfast. We stayed 2 days, and breakfast dishes are the same.

Great location between station, park, nightmarkets etc.
Room was clean.
It was noisy, you could hear other rooms showering, walking etc all night.
The room was an inside room with no windows, which was fine, but it did have a window into the hallway, with no blind or curtain, or other way to block the light. So it was very hard to sleep because the hallway light was shining in all night.
Shower head would not stay up, would constantly fall down.
