大廳環境不錯，一中街買回的消夜在大廳吃，服務台有求必應。比方：筷子、冰塊

早上被按2次門鈴！第一次快9:00左右，那時候還在睡覺被嚇醒，後來沒有動靜我們就算了不想理會。第二次是10:40左右那時候準備退房正在換衣服，被按門鈴嚇一大跳，超怕如果不理會是不是下一秒就會有人進來，於是請先生確認到底是誰要幹嘛，結果是要清

有免費的迎賓酒很特別、1樓交誼廳有吐司和麵包、沐浴用品很香

隔音稍差、空調很大聲、房務人員訓練有待加強

乾淨舒適的旅店，CP 值超高，下次還要住這兒。

乾淨舒服的旅店，接待人員很親切，房間不大但麻雀雖小五臟俱全，還有迎賓水果，衛浴空間簡約舒適，大廳有小點心可以吃，晚上還有迎賓啤酒喝，附近走路就有很多美食，CP 值超高，下次還要住這兒。

Way over priced stay, will never recommend to anyone

Rooms are worn and small plus perfumed deodorizer smell, the hallway has smoking odor when it is supposed to be a non smoking hotel.

Walls are made out of paper. You can hear everybody speaking. It was really weird. Best part was hearing someone having sex very loud

Perfect hotel to stay in Taichung

I really enjoyed this hotel in Taichung, a very well design lobby area, quite conforatble and with a bar open 24/24h. The room was clean, comfortable, and related to the pictures I saw on the internet. The hotel is not too far from the main train station, around 8-10 minutes by feet, you have Youbike very close to the hotel, same street, so very convenient when you need to take a bike. Also you are in an area with many street food shops. The Nantou Bus Gancheng station is also very close to this hotel, so if you are planning to visit the Nantou area, Sun Moon lake... that's a good deal.

Both staff at the counter are very helpful. Alert me to prebook train ticket as it's may be full on public holiday and guide to book at convenient store due to station closed at night. They are friendly and cheerful. They give clean and precise direction to nearby attractions like Yi Zhong etc. Hot beverages are available at level 1 for guests.

Great location between station, park, nightmarkets etc. Room was clean.

It was noisy, you could hear other rooms showering, walking etc all night. The room was an inside room with no windows, which was fine, but it did have a window into the hallway, with no blind or curtain, or other way to block the light. So it was very hard to sleep because the hallway light was shining in all night. Shower head would not stay up, would constantly fall down.

Worth the price.

The man in the night front desk is soo good. He is approachable and nice. The room was big. Too big for 4 person. Its so nice. And have youtube in tv. We can play philippine songs and watch .

What i didn't like. It's just the distance between the train station and the hotel. But we dont mind because it's just a 5mins walk only. And also they dont have bidet. The comfort romm have partition so it is imposible to use the shower head. And we are a bit disppointed in the breakfast. Too its understable coz it has virus so they cant offer a buffet style. Instead they just brought us some sandwiches.

I been many pet friendly hotel, I know they did mention about about $600 small size pet/$800 large size pet cleanly

Other than living location nothing really much I could like about it !!!

When building put the note on wall said they are non-smoking hotel but you can smell the cigarettes smell once you step out of the lift! PLEASE NOTICE THIS! And when I went into the room OMG just smell like toilet no matter when the toilet door close or not! That’s the biggest mistake I did booked this hotel. I did enjoyed my trip but the living place “HOTEL” like this I can not accept it! Sorry to say that “The worst hotel I ever been to!”

If only the staff knows how to ensure that the room is ready at 3.00 pm sharp for their guests to check in things would have been better.

Exceptional

Great new hotel near the restaurants street, the famous original bubble tea place, the park and the bus stop to the rainbow village. Initially booked a room without windows without knowing, but the staff was super nice and upgraded me. The bed was super comfortable and the room very clean.
