The hotel has nice interiors and the room we booked for 4 people is very spacious. The room is clean and we love the big floor to ceiling windows especially in the morning. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean and nice too. The staff at the reception were so polite and they even helped us call for a taxi when we checked out.
The hotel is a bit far from the MRT station. It’s quite tiring to walk from the station going to the hotel while carrying big luggages. Best to book a taxi or Uber.

The room is large with a comfortable bed. It was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. The location was an easy walk to Taichung Station. The staff were very pleasant.
The quality of the towels could be better and the need to request cleaning a day before 4 pm was too restrictive.

Comfortable and clean
Reception area is super cool with old luggages and briefcases
Balcony furniture need upgrade as there was only one kids size plastic chair and one bigger
Balcony flooring need maintenance, paint smudged on tiles, poles coming up of floor that i hit my finger and foot more than once with it
