Booked this apartment for a family weekend in Pittsburgh. The view is fantastic. The apartment is comfortable and was immaculate. Owner/manager answered any questions I had very quickly.

My family absolutely loved staying at this property. You could tell that a lot of dedication and attention to detail went into making this a place anyone would want to book again. I never had to fret over anything and was in contact several times with the owner.
Lets talk about the view from the balcony...Spectacular! Overlooking the city from atop the mountain was well beyond words. The location is close to the Monongahela incline with easy access to Station Square and eating. I most certainly will be booking this property again!

My husband, myself & our teen son were in Pittsburgh for the weekend for a college visit. We loved this location. The view was fantastic, there were walkable restaurants & a very short walk to the incline. The place was big, clean and very nicely decorated. We will stay there again!

Work trip in the area but nice to unwind in the evening on this balcony with a view! It was just as described - easy check in and quick response to questions. Highly recommend for business or pleasure!

Two nights with teen daughter in great location overlooking the city. Wasn’t fully ready for all the hills and steps, including all the steps to get into the home. But once inside, it was so cute and clean. Beds were comfy and the view was truly worth getting out of breath 😁.

Amazing 270 degree views of Pittsburgh downtown, South Side and North Shore from front deck, living room and primary bedroom. You could (almost) watch a concert or Steelers game from here! Bright, spacious and modernized 2 story condo in an historic Mt Washington classic home. Walkable lovely community - great neighborhoods of restaurants and taverns of all price points, with easy "Mon Incline" access to downtown South Carson area or a quick 8-minute drive or Uber and lots of neighborhood trails and parks. Host Milo was incredible and very responsive to my smallest questions. The 2nd bedroom - not pictured- was lovely, cozy with a large desk and corner closet and a cute between the eaves window. Thoughtful details throughout; well-equipped modern kitchen with upscale Frigidaire appliances ( & gas stove !) and quartz gathering island large enough for our party of 4. Great for a family gathering to attend Pitt Graduation. Only regret is that I hadn't found this property to rent sooner! Highly recommended.

Long story short: we will stay here again!
The local branches of the family were blown away by the pictures I took from the balcony - picture-postcard-perfect, especially the night shots. We watched a marriage proposal, prom photos, graduation photos, and an endless parade of people going up and down Grandview, even in the cold. Yes, we sat out there when it was 50 degrees because how could you not when the view is that amazing?
The apartment met our needs perfectly - two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and space to read. The kitchen was equipped well enough and was perfect for cooking breakfast every day, and my husband was thrilled to find a French press in addition to the standard coffee maker. The pictures of the unit are accurate and appropriately convey all furnishings. It was nice to have some cleaning supplies as well to be able to keep the kitchen clean after cooking and eating.
The only downside was that the interior stairs to the bedroom level were a little steep, but that is to be expected in a house of this age in Pittsburgh. We found the railings adequate to be able to go up and down the stairs safely - although my 84 year old father-in-law took them slowly, he did go up and down several times a day.
Milo was very responsive to my emails both before and during our trip. All in all, it was a great find and we are happy to have taken advantage of the apartment for our 5 day trip.

Our family of 4 stayed here and were thrilled! The deck was everything we imagined and we spent 2 amazing evenings out there enjoying the views of Pittsburgh from Mt Washington. There is a great neighborhood up there that is all walkable. Grocery store. Several restaurants. Coffee. Bars. The incline is just down the street to head down for more entertainment. The kitchen is "city sized" - but had everything we needed to cook breakfasts in. We'd recommend this place.

Inclines are on both sides of the apartment (Mon currently closed for repairs)- ride down to bottom & short walk to the Gateway Boat Tours which give rides to PNC Park ($15 pp round trip). LOVE this city & this VRBO! Milo is a great host who’s very communicative & helpful. Water cooler in apartment a nice touch! Thanks, Milo!! Looking forward to coming back. :)

Beautiful city view, you get the overlook view of the city. Very close to restaurants and shopping. We visited Grandview Bakery and Joe's Pizza, both were great. Also, ordered in. Very safe area, lots of locals taking their morning walks/jogs. All questions and concerns were answered immediately. Check-in and check-out were easy. Really enjoyed Pittsburgh, beautiful city!!

The view of downtown Pittsburgh from the deck is unparalleled. Lively street, great restaurants & funiculars (although one is in a prolonged period of maintenance in August 2022) within walking distance. Beware that there are several sets of steep stairs. Parking (street) can be an issue. Overall, great condo, totally recommend.

The property is clean and lovely. The best part, though, by far was the deck! The view is spectacular and it was amazing to sit and people watch in the evenings! I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place with the best view in the city. I was really worried about the steps (I'm 73) but Milo sent me pictures prior to our visit. If you are staying on Mt. Washington (or anywhere in Pittsburgh) you have to deal with steps. I managed just fine. The property is beautiful and stocked with everything you could need. I don't know if I will get back home again so the view from the living room of city is a my best memory.

Spent the weekend for our daughter's graduation from Pitt. It was a beautiful weekend and we were able to sit on the deck and take in the beautiful view of the city. It was a short walk to Shiloh Street, and the bars/restaurants. Milo was very responsive to all my questions. Would stay again for sure!

This apartment has the best possible view of Pittsburgh's skyline. It is right at the top of the incline on Mt Washington and very convenient to downtown. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay in Pittsburgh. There are some steep steps which could be an issue for elderly visitors, but shouldn't be a problem for most people. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment has the best possible view of Pittsburgh's skyline. It is right at the top of the incline on Mt Washington and very convenient to downtown.
