GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire first-floor apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen, laundry facilities, and covered rear patio.

The covered front porch is shared with guests staying in the upstairs unit. Unit B is a separate apartment located on the second and third floors and may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

The basement is not available for guest use.

Downtown Pittsburgh, the North Shore, Acrisure Stadium, and many of the city’s major attractions are also easily accessible.

GETTING AROUND

Nearby restaurants and the Grandview overlooks can be reached on foot. Having a car is convenient for exploring more of Pittsburgh, while Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.

Street parking is available, with spots typically available directly in front of the house or on the surrounding block.

We respect our guests’ privacy and will leave you to enjoy the apartment independently. Our team is available through the Vrbo messaging platform should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

Guest Verification Required: Before arrival, the primary guest must complete the rental agreement and ID verification through our secure third-party portal, SuiteOp, in order to receive check-in instructions.
Pre-Check-in Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require all primary guests to submit a clear photo or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver`s license, passport) before we can send check-in details. This is a standard procedure and helps ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit and all common areas. A cleaning fee of at least $250 will be charged for any violation.
No Firearms: For the safety and security of all guests and the property, the possession of firearms or any other weapons is strictly prohibited on the premises.
No parties or events—let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior—safety and respect for everyone are key.
Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am—we strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Failure to report an issue directly to us first, to give us the opportunity to rectify, will nullify any subsequent claims or complaints made to any booking platform.
Check-out: Check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will be subject to a fee.
Damages: Please report any accidental damage immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs for damages caused during their stay.
