Nestled among Kauai's tropical wild plant life, this charming, circular three bedroom, two bath home lies just 200 feet from the beach. Open beamed living and dining areas provide for spacious and relaxed enjoyment with stunning views of the mountains. Wake up to the beautiful melodies of jungle birds, take a short walk to the beach for snorkeling, or enjoy warm island breezes as you dine on the wrap-around lanai. Sleeps up to six people max.
There are several generous common areas in this house, including the 600 square foot covered lanai. The main floor living and dining areas are furnished to accommodate six people very comfortably.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary cooking and eating utensils.There are grocery stores in Hanalei and Princeville.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a twin bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with a shower. Located on the main floor, the master suite takes full advantage of the vaulted beam ceilings and unique 'tree house' design. You can fall asleep to the song of tropical rain falling on the roof and wake up to the call of the birds in the trees that are right outside the windows. It's a deeply peaceful, restful spot, with all of the modern conveniences.
Downstairs Bedrooms
Note: The two bedrooms located on the ground floor are accessed by an outside separate entry only. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor of this house. The imported Spanish tile floors in these rooms are cool and comfortable to walk on. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed. All necessary towels and bed linens are provided. Both bedrooms access a paved, covered patio that looks out onto the lushly landscaped private yard surrounding the house. Each room has a ceiling fan and plenty of dresser and closet space.
Please note that this house is near the ocean and is considered the tsunami evacuation zone. Information on evacuation procedures is located in the unit.

Great location right by the beach. Unique house surrounded by greenery and peace. The upstairs is one large room with a modern renovated kitchen and a bedroom that is behind a partition. Downstairs includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a third key that opens the washer/dryer room downstairs as well (which we didn’t realize until midway into our stay). I did not know the downstairs was not connected with the upstairs, so two of my teenagers were scared to sleep alone downstairs. I definitely would come back with my husband or with adult children. No AC was a little hot during the day, but it cooled off at night. Lovely property!

Great location near Tunnels Beach and Hā‘ena State Park, with just a short walk to the beach. On hot days, the house was easy to cool down, and there were plenty of comfortable spots to relax on the deck. The yards are full of beautiful plants, and there is great nature all around.The kitchen was new and really enjoyable to cook in. Check-in and the entire process were easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this home. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. The updated kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed for meals during our stay. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to the beach and far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the east side.We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful touches throughout the home, and how easy the check-in and check-out process was. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.We made some incredible family memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay on Kauai!

The property was nice from the outside, but dark and gloomy on the inside. The downstairs bedrooms were not treated for bugs. We found centipedes in the bed. The outside seating area was full of spider webs and spiders. Ants had a trail going into the house in two different areas. The house just showed nobody has been in it for a long time. I truly felt like a dungeon. We actually reserved a different location the morning after check in.
