The bathroom was nice and bed was comfortable
You had to pay for parking and still had to drag your suitcases all the way to the main entrance. Located in an area that is noisy due to traffic.

The location was perfect for us. It was within walking distance to the Pikes Peaks Event Center only three blocks which was perfect for us. Close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
Parking was convenient but a bit pricey.

Property was super clean, Paul was great hot tub was super hot which I loved! Staff was super nice and helpful and everything was all around close proximity to downtown and just super clean love that

Breakfast was good ... room was fine
Paid to have my dog, but hotel had zero dog areas to walk them and potty them. Was told by hotel staff to use the median in the busy ass road in front of the hotel
. Or use the dog park i miles away. If you can't support dogs, don't allow em.
Restaurant is trying to kill people with the horrendously high amounts of salt on everything.... couldn't even eat the steaks.
Pillows are too small, might as well be airplane pillows ...
And nit water pressure at all ... took half hour to rinse. The soap off of me.
I thought the hilten garden was supposed to be a step up from Hampton Inn, but it's not even in the same class.
