Welcome to 242 Claressa - Avalon Cottage Budget-friendly vacation rental Two bath budget-friendly cottage located two blocks from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Living room has a fireplace and a front porch for relaxing! Great family cottage. Both bathrooms have a shower only. 242CL This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). Some items need to upgrade them, such as the restroom. the rest are good,

It is on the busiest street, could not tell from the booking info.
It does not have wifi.
the bed was way too soft,like a cheap mattress,

Loved the property

Everything was great other than there was no heat provided and it was freezing. After the first night we were able to light a fire, but we had to buy our own wood and there were no fireplace tools so not super easy.

The stay was pleasant and location was excellent for what ever we wanted to do. Only thing is TV remote was not working and there was no WiFi in the property. Those are the two things which can be improved. Therefore the score on amenities is given low.

Nice classic home feel with a little bit of modern. It feels like a home away from home, right in the heart of Avalon. Great location and a very cozy feel.

House is beatiful is on great loaction Unfortunaly need more attention to details like better cleaning specially the bed sheets a lot dust around the house we had a lot problems with toilets ,showers, is a good house just need more attention

Construction next door was annoying.

Well equipped kitchen. Big living area and a porch! We enjoyed our stay. Only downside was no wi-fi but it kept the kids off their devices!
