Located in Grand Cayman, this attractive condo for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Perfect Location! White Sand Beach, Quiet Pools, and Amazing Sunset! Welcome to Plantation Village! The Plantation Village Beach Resort is located directly in the heart of 7 Mile Beach, and conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, bars, activities and water sports. Unit 68 is located on the second floor with a pool garden view at Plantation Village (address: 323 West Bay Road). 1-minute walk to the beach. The airport is around 8 minutes away by car. Two grocery stores: Foster’s Supermarket is located in Camana Bay and Kirk Market is located in George Town and both are about a 15-20 minute walk. The interior offers a transitional kitchen and dining area and central A/C. Plasma TV in the living room and master suite. Screened porch. Small home office area. The property is furnished and completely equipped with kitchen appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, granite countertops, and front load washer and dryer. Two bedrooms: master suite with king-size bed, second bedroom with one double bed, and one day bed with trundle. Include also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Two full bathrooms. Air conditioning is provided as well. Free Internet access and free parking. We are completely prepared for your little ones, including Dr Brown’s deluxe baby bottle warmer, baby play mat, beach toys, and children's play area. If requested by the guest a crib and high chair can also be provided complimentary. The Resort offers two freshwater swimming pools - one large pool with a sea view and one oversized pool with an area 3 and 4 feet deep for children. The resort offers plenty of green and garden space, lounge and seating chairs at the pools as well as on the beach and pop-up umbrellas at the pools and beach. Plantation Village has full tennis facilities, free bicycles to check out, and kayaking options kayaks. The resort also offers 2 grilling areas with large Weber gas grills, a lighted tennis court, a playground area. For divers, there is an equipment rinse area and dive excursions can also be arranged. You can snorkel directly in front of the complex and can access jet-skiing, parasailing, banana boat, and kayaking by taking a short walk on the beach to the Marriott hotel. *** IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to storms, currents, tides and coastal erosion, the width of the beach vary considerably. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. Some weeks there is plenty of sand allowing guests to lounge on the beach, and at other times there is just some sand. Please be aware that there is a chance that the Plantation Village beach may not be present during your stay. The water in front of Plantation Village continues to offer guests unparalleled snorkelling, sea kayaking and paddle boarding experiences whether the sand is present or not. I have discounted my reservation rates to take into consideration this beach issue. *** The condo is also on the bus route for easy access to downtown George Town, Hell, and the Turtle Farm in West Bay. Cars are driven on the left side of the road in Cayman. There are plenty of options for car rentals. The resort is within a short walking distance of Camana Bay where you will find the largest supermarket on the island, liquor and wine stores, world-class retail stores, banks, healthcare providers, gyms, cinema, over a dozen restaurants, bars, cafés, and specialty eateries. Be sure not to miss a visit to Stingray City where you can swim with the stingrays! You will find many reputable diving companies on the island that provide scuba diving experience. You can take a short walk to the Marriott hotel to access water sports like jet-skiing, parasailing, banana boat, and kayaking.

Loved our stay here. The location was great. The unit was fully equipped with everything you would need. The extra touches to make life easier while traveling with kids (crib, toys, coloring books) were much appreciated. We loved the pools and the beach access. Great restaurants and coffee within walking distance. Easy parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was lovely and had everything a family could need (including a crib). TV operation was a challenge and thermostat a complete stumper. Operation instructions would really be helpful. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Described accurately. Easy to cook and loved BBQ too. Fridge has lots of ice and water filter. Screened in patio facing pool. Master faces away from road so no noise, kids room faces road. Lovely to have 2 wc.
Only real con was the beach in front is not great but we used adjacent properties cuz all public. We LOVED using the bikes and rode to many different beaches. Location is great, 20 mins walk to Camana Bay, groceries, lots of restaurants nearby. We didn't rent a car and did not feel needed due to bikes. We also enjoyed the pools which were nice and quiet. Played lots of pickleball.

The property was very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach behind the condo. Snorkeling brhind the condo was the best in that whole stretch of beach. Convenient walking distance to resturants, grocery store and liquor store. A 5 min walk to Marriot that offers coffee bar, massage studio and a GREAT beach bar with the best Pina Colidas on the island. Definitely recommend.

Arrived early and was able to get into condo. Both pools are nice. It’s a small, quaint beach. Location is a few minutes from all the souvenir stores, bigger beaches and many activities.

I stayed here with my three adult children for a weeks vacation. We found the beds to be comfortable, the couch was comfortable, all the seating was comfortable! The large dining room table give us plenty of room to spread out for meals and games. The kitchen had so many Utensils and plates and bowls. We were never lacking for anything. We found a location to be super convenient and central to everything. We were able to walk to pick up takeout food or to Captain's bakery. The appliances were all well-maintained, and worked great. Everywhere you looked there was storage, storage, storage! Worth every penny!

We had a great stay at the Plantation Village Condo. They property was clean and accurately described in the listing. We were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came in twice for a full cleaning during our stay. It was great to get that sand off the floors! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. The owner was responsive to our questions and even checked on us after our arrival. I would recommend this property.

We had a such lovely time visiting Grand Cayman and staying at this condo! It was the perfect location for us with our three young children. Both pools were great, and the beach was pretty small but it was easy to walk down to several other public beach accesses. It was AMAZING having a kitchen and easy access to grocery stores and tons of restaurants!
We had great communication with Sania and she was VERY accommodating. We had a unique situation that made our booking a bit tricky, and she was very helpful and totally understanding, which was very, very appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend this place! And the price was great!

Overall, the condo met our expectations, with a few exceptions. First, the Pros:
1. Loved the pools...especially the one near the beach. There were plenty of chairs & umbrellas & the pools were clean.
2. Enjoyed having the ability to check out kayaks & paddle boards.
3. Air conditioning & appliances worked very well.
4. There were a few good restaurants within walking distance.
5. The grounds were very attractive.
6. The furniture was comfortable & TVs worked.
Cons:
1. No standard staples....no salt, pepper and shampoo/cream rinse (as we have come to expect in vacation rentals).
2. Condo was not ready upon our arrival, which was 4:00 PM (stated check-in time).
3. We had ordered groceries in advance and were told that the delivery person would be allowed into the condo to put everything away. Instead, the groceries were left in the office and we had to haul them across the complex and up to our second floor condo.
4. Hot water was non-existent in the kitchen, which made cleaning hand washable pots/pans impossible without heating water to boiling on the stove and adding it to the dishwater. The office was made aware of this problem and said they would get maintenance to address it, but they never did.
5. The floors in our condo were FILTHY. They were mopped because the floors were wet when we went in for the first time, but their cleaning methods are lacking. The bottoms of our feet were constantly dirty anytime we went barefoot....from day one.

We had a great time at plantation Village. The condo was close to everything on the island and within walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Sania the owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean as pictured. Needs basic seasonings like salt/pepper. Needs new Nonstick pans as all the fry pans are wore out. Excellent cable choices with HBO. Beach is almost a non option as very small with 10 chairs. 2 pools were nice. Groceries delivered by fosters.com were on time.

This condo was not only beautiful- even prettier in person than in pictures- it had SO MUCH handy stuff in the cupboards and closets and on the balcony. Traveling with kids is complicated, but they supplied so much great beach gear, board games, grocery bags, etc, it made you feel a little more at home. Then the pots, pans, kitchen supplies were very nice quality and plenty of them for making meals in. Also the pools were great, we watched the staff cleaning them very thoroughly. Would totally stay there again!

This property was great! It was close to what we needed and communication with the owner was fast and effective. The condo had beach umbrellas, coolers, and ice packs available for use. Kitchen amenities were plentiful and the laundry was great. We really loved that two bathrooms were in the unit! The only downside was that the floors were dirty - not visibly but feet were showing what was there. All in all, I would definitely stay again!

We had the best time renting this property, the location was perfect, the pool had just got new sun beds and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Totally recommend and will hopefully be back!

This is the third time we were in Cayman Island, and this property at Plantation Village has great amenities. My kids aged 5 and 7 really enjoyed the huge swimming pool. The kitchen pots/pans are quite new and great for cooking our own meal. The staff are also very helpful, and property manager Sania was easy to communicate with. I do hope that the beach is walkable to the one at Marriot in the future, although that wasn't too much of a problem since this property was close to the street and we can walk to the public beach. Overall we had a very pleasant trip and enjoyed our stay!

The condo was great and the host checked in immediately upon arrival.

This condo at plantation village is exactly as advertised! It’s well appointed with all the necessities you will need. We didn’t mind not being beachfront. We just walked 2 minutes to the beach everyday. It was great that that property had paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes to borrow. We would definitely go back!

My family had a wonderful time in GC. The property fit our needs perfectly. It was walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the beach, although the beach front is very small at this property. The snorkeling was good right off the beach. Check in was easy and everything was as described. It was a lovely place to vacation.

Property was exactly as described, this is a great spot for families they’ve thought of everything. Lots of beach toys, puddle jumpers, baby Bjorne portable crib, and in room laundry. There was more of the beach than I thought there would be, at one time I counted thirty beach lounges, with still lots of sand to build and play!

Great property, great communication with owner! The condo was clean, and offered every amenity imaginable! I highly recommend this unit! Quiet, easy to get to and updated! Will definitely stay in this unit if we ever return.
