We rented this VRBO for three nights. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Communication with the owner was good. The area was a convenient, bordering on a couple not so great streets, quite noisy over night and in the morning, but to no fault of the owner. Our biggest issue was the furniture. The chairs around the table were so wobbly to the point that they were unsafe and we could not use them as they would’ve broken under pressure. We ended up using end tables to sit on. Even worse though were the beds. We have never experienced such uncomfortable mattresses. We tried both and after two nights of no sleep, we left the apartment one night early. We lost a lot of money by doing that but we could not stomach one more night in those beds. We are not fussy people but if you are paying that much per night, there is an expectation of a degree of comfort. It felt like it was thrown together with whatever they could find without thought of the people staying there. We would not rent here again, if fact will likely not use VRBO again because at least in a hotel there are basic standards and controls in place. I didn’t see any bed bugs but there was some sort of bug powder behind the master bed which made me very uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed staying here. Only criticism would be that curtains let in too much light at night so if you like a really dark room when sleeping, it might be a problem

The location of the property is unbeatable. If you're visiting Vancouver for the nightlife on Granville, you couldn't be closer. An easy 20 minute stroll to either Canada Place and the North Harbour or the South Harbour in the other direction. The apartment was very well stocked with essentials, has a queen, a double bed, and a pull-out couch, and it was great to have individual AC units in both the living room area and the bedroom. The building management needs to stay on top of it's garbage and recycling area better and we had bit of an issue with picking up our keys - the wifi in the convenience store kept cutting out and it took 4 resets and 30 minutes to get the keys out of the machine. To Jorge's credit, he was easy to get ahold of as we worked through the issue. Overall it was a great stay and we would book again!

Well equipped and well located for a holiday in splendid Vancouver. The bunk bed is only for younger members of the family or more agile adults. The kitchen is well equipped although there are lots of restaurants nearby. The parking space was a real bonus when we picked up a hire car at the end of our stay.

Very private place to stay. Feels like you're far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city but only steps away from Granville St., A short walk to the City Center train station. Very homey feel. 5 minute walk to grocery. I'll definitely stay again.

The apartment is well located for easy walking around Vancouver. As expected for a city apartment, space is at a premium. We appreciated the reasonable sized kitchen and bathroom. The building felt secure with good access controls in place. It was pretty noisy with sirens going off throughout the night (it’s located near a hospital). Also a lot of partying people wandering past at all hours. The apartment faces east and has thin blinds meaning it’s very bright once the sun’s up plus it gets quite warm as we kept the windows and door closed at night due to the high outside noise levels. All that said I recommend it due to the excellent location.
